If I need to use more than one SMS gateway, how do I select which gateway each plan will use? And if I want to use a different gateway for each SMS destination country, how do I configure that?

Gateways are not bound to plans. Instead, the administrator configures SMS gateways at the system level and assigns them to phone numbers. Customers then purchase those phone numbers, and messages are routed through the gateway associated with the number.
Plans are only linked to coverage (e.g., allowed destination countries or regions). If you want to use different gateways for different destination countries, this is handled through coverage analysis and configuration, not through the plan itself. You must analyze your destination coverage requirements and configure accordingly so that traffic to each country is sent via the appropriate gateway.

I’m trying to configure my gateway to use the program, Twilio, but your documentation doesn’t explain what each thing is. It asks me for a Weblink and I have no idea what that is. I also don’t see where to put the Twilio keys.
you can check https://picotech.gitbook.io/picosms/how-to/how-to-configure-sms-gateway for sms gateway configuration. you just need to click on the name input field which will show the available SMS gateway. after clicking on that gateway it will ask credentials like API keys etc.
email setup details are not mentioned in the document properly:
after configuring your smtp email in setting. you need to check few things:
1. ensure queue is processed in your hosting
- Shared Hosting – add (* * * * * cd /home/username/public_html/ && php artisan queue:work—stop-when-empty) OR (* * * * * cd /home/username/public_html/subdomain_folder_name/ && php artisan queue:work—stop-when-empty) as a command on your cPanel or DirectAdmin cron job to check every minute and send queued email or other jobs that are pending.
- VPS/Dedicated Hosting – you can run queue:work continuously with Supervisor.
Now you’ll receive otp to email when login (If otp enabled in settings).
2. to get password reset, registration verification, plan request, plan accept and plan expire emails: all input fields on email templates has to be filled and saved. If not system says that email sent, but you won’t get any emails until you fill up all email templates.

bug: On paystack gateway, it says Merchant Email(Optional), but paystack won’t appear in the customer checkout if Merchant Email is empty. process.blade.php requires the Merchant Email value mandatory.

1. What are the Domain, HeaderId (DLT) & Coverage sections does? 2. Can my customers use 1 sender id for multiple sms gateways? 3. what are the values for the coverage (Send Plain SMS, Receive SMS, Send MMS, Receive MMS, Send Voice SMS, Receive Voice SMS, Send Whatsapp Message, Receive Whatsapp Message)?
Is the coverage indicates the count of the sms that can be send to the selected country? if yes, I have to assign this for all the countries?
4. Can I assign coverage for multiple countries at once (same sms prices for few countries)?
5. can this system send notification sms for tickets submission & replied or other statuses, sender id & payment approval or other email notifications as sms?
6. do you have plans for integrating Sri Lankan payment gateways (Payhere.lk / onepay.lk)
7. Can I assign local & international sms unit price (If I use country A sms gateway in local – .80 cents & sending sms to country B – 20 rupees). How It’s work with the pricing?

Thanks for your interest. Find your answer below- 1. Domain for whitelebel reseller, HeaderID for India and about the coverage different countries have different sms price. So that you can configure different price for individual countries. 2. Actually gateway will configure by supper admin so customer will never know which gateway are using for sending sms. They just topup and send sms. 3. Values should be integer number. For example if you set for plain sms “1” and when customer send sms then 1 sms(160 character) unit will deduct from SMS wallet of customer. Similarly to other fields. 4. Yes, you can 5. Actually it will receive as SMS 6. Yes, If you need immediately then we can do this as customization work. 7. Coverage system will apply here
