I am an existing user of your scripts and they are really good. Although it comes off a bit with less of clarity.
However, I want to get this Zaiproty for my Homes and rental business. I am the owner not and I want to know if this main script without the saas will handle all i need. From short term lease (like airbnb/hotel) to annual rentals, handle invoicing, online payment, reminders, reports, maintenance etc. I do not want to manage two scripts for the airbnb/hotel style and another for the annual lease.
I tried testing the script using the demo. Please advice so i can buy asap. i intend to use it on a shared hosting cpanel.
Sorry, but this cannot be handled without the SaaS system.

I no longer have support for your script. But found a frontend display bug inside your file resources/views/saas/owner/subscriptions/index.blade.php
The issue is this line ${gatewayCurrencyPrice(Number(planAmount).toFixed(2) + Number(planPerAmount).toFixed(2))} * ${currency1.conversion_rate} = ...
Because toFixed(2) returns a string, then becomes string concatenation:
“49.99” + “0.00” → “49.990.00” This is not correct, because then the formatter reads it weirdly and prints 49,990.00.
This is just a cosmetic issue; the math used to charge the user is correct. In this example, the user was correctly charged just $49 and not $49,990.
I fixed it in my instance, but I guess my fix will be erased in your next update? If you plan an update, can you please include this one? That way, I do not have to fix it again.
By the way, this script is very well thought out; you have covered many more things I needed to manage my properties. Seems to be designed by professional property managers. The UI is polished and modern. Overall, you guys have done great work with this one.

I need to have Admin view (website owner), Tenant view and Landlord view. I don’t see landlords mentioned. Is the ‘Owner view’ the website owner or the landlord?
For the digital document sign add-on, is it only setup to use Docusign or can you use a different document sign provider? PandaDoc, Signnow, dropbox etc..

Laravel Integration: Zaiproty is a standalone Laravel application, and it is not designed to be installed within an existing Laravel project like KrayinCRM. We strongly recommend using a separate Laravel installation to ensure stability, avoid conflicts, and maintain full compatibility with future updates of Zaiproty.
User Roles – Admin, Tenant, and Landlord: Zaiproty currently supports multiple roles:
Admin: Refers to the website/platform owner who manages the entire system.
Tenant: The end-user who rents the property.
Owner: In Zaiproty, this role refers to the Landlord—the individual or business that owns the property and can list/manage it.

Thank you. Bought it but installing it has been very difficult. Tried to install on Laragon – failed. Tried to install on MAMP – failed. Then tried to install it on a live cloud server and only had partial success.
Keep getting stuck on this bit of installer: https://URL.com/install/database Error received: 500 Server Error All of my details are correct so I am not sure what is happening. I have tried the database host name, localhost and 127.0.0.1.

I purchased this script two months ago and encountered serious issues. When the update arrived, it not only displayed a banner to everyone indicating there was an update, but also almost destroyed the site. The developer never mentioned that you need to purchase additional components, so I ended up having to buy multiple parts. Even after all that, users on my site still got redirected to an ‘update’ page that demanded purchase codes and emails. In the end, the update process crashed the entire site

Regardless of whether you believe it or not, the issue did happen. After the update, the site automatically redirected all visitors to the update page, rendering the frontend unusable until I manually intervened. This isn’t something that “can’t happen” — it did, and in a production environment no less.
Additionally, I’ve noticed that the site occasionally behaves as if there’s a “backdoor” — after extensive work, the next day issues would appear as if nothing had been done, even though no one had accessed or changed the site.
