Feature Suggestions for Ebroker
1. Admin/Manager Posting on Behalf of Agents There should be an option in Ebroker where an Admin or Manager role user can voluntarily create and publish a post from the admin panel **on behalf of a specific user/agent. Even though the post is created by the admin, it should appear publicly under the selected user/agent’s name and profile.
2. Startup Advertisement / Announcement Notification When the app is opened, a popup advertisement or announcement notification should appear automatically. This should be fully manageable from the admin panel.
The popup may include:
- Short videos
- GIF images
- Images or other media formats
Users should have the option to close the popup and continue using the app. This feature can be used for announcements, promotions, or important updates.

I used to work for an international student accommodation company, and I used to handle all the business expansions. So whenever we expand to a new city, we reach out to the property vendors in that city or country and get their API.
So, 4 major suggestions from my side: - It should have multiple countries, multi currency, and cities as an option - The website should have a filter to filter between countries or cities. - Each property should have a search icon initsr property details page to search for nearby things likesupermarketst, tram stations, etc., and it will show the distance of each thing from the property location, taking reference from Google Maps. - While creating a new listing, it should also have an option to put the listing provider’s listing link, so if someone says they are interested in the property and want to buy or rent it, they fill the simple form, and after submission, it should redirect them to the listingprovider’sr website with the UTM links or corporate code. This is crucial for a business that does international business.
If you think these are reliable changes, I request you to put this on priority asa custom modification will be too costly. If any 3 of the above 4 suggestions get implemented, I will buy the code on the same day!!

Hello, I feel even though the ebroker and eclassify may be different in terms of what it does, the ebroker is very limited. In eclassify there is multi country and currency. I feel all these are very useful in the ebroker as well, because these will cost quite a lot in terms of customizations

can you make it rent only website and turn off buy sell features in the admin panel for both website and apps? also does it has open street maps and cloudflare r2 for image storage?

Currently, the product is designed primarily for property and project listings. The rent collection feature is not yet available, but we are actively researching its implementation.
At this time, OpenStreetMap integration is not implemented, and Cloudflare R2 image storage is also not yet supported. However, cloud storage support (including AWS S3 Bucket and Cloudflare R2) is part of our development roadmap and will be introduced in upcoming releases.

Hi, I would like to make an observation with regard to the website. Whenever it is accessed on a mobile device, the pictures are deformed; they are streched vertically as if not fitted for this type of screen. Also, images take some time to load on desktop/laptop for some reason. Is ther any way you can look into this? Thanks for the consideration.

On the demo, there is only Categories, I want to ask if there are sub categories feature on the admin backend?
