I just bought it and it is working the only issue i am having is the delay i configured is not working as it must be. No matter how much time i input in delay it does not pause or delay the scanner and keeps scanning. If this is the case then it will get numbers banned fast. in that case i would have to go for another tool and would like to refund this. About the delay issue: after setting the delay, you need to pause the task and then restart it for the new delay to take effect.
