I’ve already reset the settings to their defaults.
The warning “A wait of 15 seconds is required” is a Telegram rate-limit restriction, not a software error. When too many invitations are sent within a short period of time, Telegram temporarily asks the account to slow down to prevent spam activity.
Even if the software settings are reset to default, Telegram may still require a delay depending on the account status, group activity, and recent invite behavior.
To improve stability, we recommend:
Increase the invite delay interval in the settings
Invite smaller batches of members per session
Wait a few minutes before continuing the task
Use older and more active Telegram accounts, which usually have higher limits
After waiting for a short period, you should be able to continue inviting members normally.

I just update new version by uninstall old version and install new version (install the same PC). I don’t change anything on my PC, but still can’t enter license key.
