Hello, I liked the app, but the order area is large and doesn’t show everything; the size needs adjusting. This is in the demo. I liked the notification of new orders, but it would be good to update the list automatically, without having to log in to update the status. It would be good to have a quick way to do this in the order area, a button to change between “order accepted,” “preparing,” and “on the way,” and a button to print the order as well. This would make things easier and help small businesses where people have difficulty with technology.
An idea: when a new order appears, have buttons below that say “Accept preparation” and “Print order”! That would be amazing, would it be possible to do that?

Your suggestions regarding improving the order area layout, automatic order list updates, and quick action buttons (Accept / Preparing / On the Way) are well noted and will be considered for future improvements.
Currently, these features are not available in the existing version. If you want then, custom code modifications would be required from your side.
Regarding the print / thermal printing feature, could you please share a few more details? For example, the type of printer (Bluetooth or USB) and the device you plan to use. This will help us better understand your requirement.

But the alert when making a sale is great, and doing a PWD for the restaurant’s page is also a good idea! And instead of the fee per sale option, having a monthly subscription option would help a lot!

1. Managing multiple restaurants with the same postal codes:
If I have Restaurant A and Restaurant B located in the same area with the same postal code, is it possible to define for each restaurant:
Specific delivery hours,
Different minimum order amounts?
For example, Restaurant A could have a minimum order of €20 with specific opening hours, while Restaurant B, in the same postal code area, could have a minimum order of €15 and different delivery hours. Can the system manage this scenario?
2. Different payment gateways:
Is it possible to configure a different payment gateway for each restaurant? For example, if Restaurant A uses one payment provider and Restaurant B uses another, can the system support this setup?
3. Click-and-collect option:
Does the system offer a click-and-collect option for customers to place orders online and pick them up at the restaurant?

Hello, thank you for your interest and for sharing your detailed questions. Please find the clarifications below:
1. Currently, the system does not support setting a minimum order amount individually for each restaurant. The minimum order amount is managed city-wise, as it is tied to the free delivery on first order feature and delivery charges, which are also set at the city level. However, you can still configure different opening/closing hours for each restaurant independently.
2. At the moment, it is not possible to assign different payment gateways to individual restaurants. Payment options are managed globally from the admin panel, where the admin can enable/disable specific payment methods. These options will then be available to all restaurants on the platform.
3. Yes, the system provides two order types:
Delivery Order – where a rider delivers the order to the customer.
Self Pickup – where the customer places the order online and collects it directly from the restaurant.

I recall that approximately three years ago you mentioned working on a front-end web interface for eRestro, enabling customers to browse restaurants, view menus, and place orders directly through a website. there is no update from erestro last 2 months, your product egrocer, eshop that product features not in availble in erestro. like cashback, specific customer ntification, custom message not availbe cashback feature, timeslot option, chat option not support chat like normal chat, fixed tax percentage for all restaurant can’t able to setup some product have various taxes, etc. Please you can compare this product and your another product you not focussing erestro very late update, you can’t add any new updates, Please make it release new update add new features your already other apps features,
