After closing the order and marking it as “payment made,” the customer’s name disappears from the dashboard. And the customer’s screen no longer shows their order history.

As a customer, I receive a 404 error page.

But if I click the link directly without logging in, it shows the page (some kind of session error?).

I’ve decided to purchase the system and the module Before proceeding, I just want to confirm one thing: Does the system support online payment gateways that work in Egypt, similar to MyFatoorah?

For example, gateways like Paymob, Fawry Pay, Kashier, or any Egypt-supported payment gateway that can be integrated to accept online payments.

These gateways are not there right now but can be added as customisation request

Support is very bad. I waited 6-7 days, still never fix minor error which is very dangerous. Lots of crtical bug. I think QA team not check properly that they developed:

1. TAX Deduction calculation and in tax report when we apply Discount specially.

2. KOT dange range.

3. Duplicate Order no & KOT no. specially when use draft feature. 4. Print issues in window & mac 5. POS UI not as per Production ready UI its feel developed by any beginner.

Still they did connect via any remote mode, justing will send suggestion to team. What suggestion they dont know I think. Tax calculation logic ask AI they will tell you.

issue in casher roles example the cashier have permission to create order and update only….. if you have 2 quantity of tea he can make it 1 only and this not showing in report remove and i am make unchecked role delete and also if i give him permission delete not showing in report removed item from kot

hello i want to ask if i have items in menu like shisha for example but i want to disable it to show for delivery people is it available ? e.g i have shisha menu but we dont delivery shisha so the one who browse menu i dont want him to see shisha or order it

URGENT FIX – USER CANNOT USE THE SYSTEM

1. Wrong GST calculation when discount is applied Correct example: If the final bill is ₹250 Apply fixed discount: ₹50 → Net amount becomes ₹200

Then GST @ 2.5% + 2.5% should be calculated correctly: GST: ₹9.52 Taxable Value: ₹190.48 Grand Total (incl. tax): ₹200.00

Note: This must also be fixed in Tax Report and Sales Report where the tax amount is displayed. Important: All reports and financial calculations must strictly follow GST law when a GST bill is issued.

2.KOT date range filter is not working.

3.POS UI is still lagging while punching items because every click hits the server.

4. Price does not update on change of QTY the POS UI when changed.

5.Footer buttons should be fixed; only the item list should be scrollable (both in POS and Order Details page).

6.Logged-in user name issue: Currently, the system always shows the Waiter name on KOT. It should show the Biller name by default. If a waiter is assigned, then the waiter name should appear. This logic should be consistent on KOT, Bill, and Order pages.

7.Very dangerous issue: Duplicate Order Numbers and KOT Numbers are sometimes generated, especially in draft cases.

8. Suggestion (minor/navigation): Add 3 extra buttons in the header, just after Table, POS, and KOT buttons. Currently, we have to go back to the dashboard repeatedly to navigate between these sections.

9. Still Print is not working properly in silent print

10. While add price if i add base price auto not updated in pickup/dine-in/delivery same as variant very bad.

Other issues are already reported via support tickets. Please fix these ASAP, otherwise these bugs will create more complications as the system usage increases.

Really buggy apps fix it. Solution is not ready for production uses.
