Problems with Xcash Instalation.

Here is the problem where to upload the package ??? Home/app or home/app/public_html Ok now I am uploading into home/app And created a database with user – image 2
With all privileges to database and database user – image 3 As you can see its 0Bytes
All the privileges has been provided Database is 10.11 mariaDB Now the zip file has been uploaded And extracted and all the files in files folder have been moved to public_html folder And installed but always 404 error So I tried on another domain a realvest phpscript which was installed by you I have created a subdomain and tried it struck at activation ok
Now tell me what kind of support you are providing and why are you not giving proper instructions and why are you always complaining when ever someone tries to ask you We we purchased the product we want to know what is there and how to install it but still you do the same no clear installation instructions.
I am going to raise 23 tickets right now for all the purchases we have made from past 2 years and also comment on each and every application about this.
I am also thinking to send a mail to this envato guys about this behavior. How it escaped them even us end users about this waste behavior
I am not asking for you to do custom work I am asking a clear instruction on how to install it Why should I let you into my server When you have offered to sell you told us there will be clear instructions and support And life time updates. There is no installation instructions at all don’t tell me those are installation instructions.
The same server and settings why I am unable to install and you are able to install Because you are just mentioning the process but not giving the actual installation instructions.

i dont understand how some fools here mention becoming billgates for few bucks and other things. and praise you. these scripts are not scalable and you cant run these for mass people.
if these are scalable they can start their own business no need to sell to people and also keep in mind that these we purchase as POC and for complete customization by us. which is impossible from this vendor.
for those fools who praise share your mail will share the details. if you are not sharing means its just a marketing gimmick.

see despite over a month and asked you to reset license for installation on new server to support new configurations. you didn’t reset the license and closed the ticket see this is what i am talking about how your support teams leave the necessary and important tasks and close the ticket but actual technical resolution will not be done. you have sent me a long email and told me your support expired we will do your installation as courtesy but the license has never been reset. its not working on new server “The system detects that you are trying to activate the product on an unauthorized domain or IP. You can ask for support by creating a support ticket.” see i have raised a ticket over a month you replied and closed the ticket but it didn’t resolve the issue.

So at checkout woocommerce site, does it process on site or does it render back to xcash for payment? Also what about guest checkout? Can a guest checkout with xcash on woocommerce.
At checkout, the payment is redirected to Xcash for processing—it’s not handled directly on the WooCommerce site. Regarding guest checkout, that functionality is managed by WooCommerce itself, not Xcash. If guest checkout is enabled in your WooCommerce settings, it will work with Xcash as well.
Is there a way so my bank directly can process the payments in the background? Also you should add Interac payments. Also what is the differance between Agent and Merchant

i stopped using this product simply because of your branding inside the dashboard that says Xcash v1 and so on. am buying the software from you guys. i should be able to modify the entire dashboard and landing page as per my requirement. I wanted to show and organization that i have built a payment gateway and someone advice me to remove that branding, I tried all i can to remove the xcash v1.0. contacted you guys.. no help was offered. seems like this is how you build and sell all your other product. i feel so bad for my self buying this whole bundle for $200 dollar. I should have spend it some where useful
