I have opened a ticket here. There’s an issue that prevents me from proceeding the demo (I’ve sent your screenshots and you’ve seen them) test now you are telling me to wait for next update, meaning I shouldn’t use the script and wait? How does this make sense and I’ve paid for the script and also the 6 months support inclusive. Doesn’t sound like support if you the problem isn’t being resolved

Is this script affected by the recent critical security vulnerability in React Server Components?
Our Mentor LMS is not affected by the recent React Server Components vulnerability. We are using Laravel + React with Inertia.js for SSR, and we do not use React Server Components (RSC) in our system.
We continuously monitor security updates and apply necessary patches to keep the system secure. You can safely continue using the script.

Hey team, great job on the project. I really appreciate the updates and the recent bug fixes.
There is an issue with the Paystack payment code where the currency defaults to the wrong currency or displays an incorrect currency. This means the admin-selected payment currency is not working as expected.
Please look into this urgently. I had previously fixed this issue, but after the latest update, the code reverted to the default state, and the bug has returned.

By default, the maximum image upload size is set to 2MB. If you want to increase this limit, it can be done through custom code changes in the request validation class. If needed, a developer can easily adjust this for your project.

I just got around to updating to the latest version. I was hoping you could include ID attributes in the HTML elements, as custom styling is currently almost impossible without them.
Also, the “Top Course” section still isn’t working. I only ever see the placeholder text “Top Course Sections. There is no course added,” even though courses should be appearing there.
The issue with the “Top Course” section not displaying courses has already been resolved, along with several other fixes in the latest version.
Regarding the ID attributes for HTML elements, this feature has not yet been added, but we have planned it for our next update. We will include unique ID attributes for each section to make custom styling much easier.
We are currently preparing to release version 3.3.0 very soon (within the next few hours). Once released, you can update your system to get all the latest fixes.

Dear author, there are some abnormalities in your product – first your quiz after saving doesn’t update. I do not understand the need for “Quiz summary” if it doesn’t save or show else where on the website. Also error handling is poor – if a wrong URL in the admin is typed, it displays internal server error – that is poor exception handing! Your switch from your previous rich text wysiwyg is completely unnecessary; the one you switched to is worse and its icons so tiny that we need a microscope to see them! There is no need adding features without thoroughly doing quality assurance test of what is already built, to ensure it is error free ( whether semantic or otherwise). You need to be proactive. You do not need complaints to show you errors you should have tested for before shipping.
In a nut shell, you seem to be trying to create the first ever “useful LMS” on this codecanyon marketplace often riddled with softwares from newbies. Prior to your launch all the previous LMS on codecanyon were practically “useless”. To achieve the dominance you seek, you need to know that QA and user test is more valuable than the actual coding. If I, a passer by, can see this much problem already, how much more an actual business man trying to use this software to run a business. You have a good looking UI, but a good looking UI is nothing without a solid QA test.
Improve on your QA test department!!!!!
PS: I am not telling you this in ignorance – I actually purchased your software for a client ( with another account – client’s account). I vouched for your software, only to be disappointed in such silly errors. I am a system engineer and a certified UX expert. Every error I mentioned are not isolated, they are evident even on your demo. Check, repair and reply. No need to give a dismissive response in order to defend your product’s integrity. Like I said, it is the best here so far. But it needs to mature in approach and not just in features alone.
I also do not blame you, even some of these buyers here are mostly ignorant individuals looking to try their luck and therefore lack sufficient knowledge to know when they are experiencing an actual objective issue that could break a “business” – hence you cannot totally rely on their “subjective” and “individualistic” error reports only. BE PROACTIVE, FIRM, FLEXIBLE YET RESOLUTE!!! NOT ALL FEATURE SUGGESTIONS ARE WORTH THE TIME!!! ONLY PRIORITIZE FEATURES THAT AFFECTS THE BOTTOM LINE!!!!!

As for my immediate suggestion, I think that even though the “affiliate” feature has a lower vote count in your roadmap, it is objectively the most valuable for new businesses – by this feature, startups can bootstrap their user base faster than normal with little or no marketing budget. They can then sell more courses, and are able to fund more projects ( e.g new custom module requests from your team ).
At the end of the day, more money in their pocket means more capital, less angry reviews, more license purchases and ultimately more business for you and your team.
