Yes you can customize to meet your needs.

Hello, I’m planning to host my SaaS on a subdomain (e.g., app.sitename.com) while leaving the root domain on WordPress. Does the multi-tenancy architecture support nested subdomains (e.g., tenant.app.sitename.com), or is the routing logic restricted to first-level subdomains?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out.

Yes, nested subdomains is supported. You can also you alternative domain i.e tenant.sitename.com while you install saas in app.sitename.com and your wordpress on sitename.com.

Thank you.

Im interested, can you help me install it?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out.

Installation is simple and straight forward like other plugin. Check install guide here: https://docs.risetosaas.com/home/how-to-install/

https://docs.risetosaas.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/08/RiseSaas.mp4

Thanks.

We don’t have the skills for that. Can you help us? Could you add some installation cost?

Can you customize it for us?

After purchase, we can assist you with the installation or customization for a cost.

Thank you.

Hey gusys i just updated rise to version 3.9.5 but the saas stops working, please assist.

Our demo is already on 3.9.5 since 30 Nov 2025, you can check the change log.

Please ensure you are using the latest version of SaaS or reach out to the support if you need further assistance.

Thanks.

It work’s now thank you, nice moves with the DB key, but will this auto copy to a new sass variation or only works for existing variations only.

Yes. Tenants will recevie the udpates through cron job run.

Thanks.

will this option work on shared hosting?

Single Database Single Tenant

Also we noticed something strange, when we activate the plugin our main login subdomain example account.abc.com no longer works as the main login page we now see the saas crm there, and the login page has been move to account.abc.com/signin, we had to disable the plugin because this disrupts the normal flow which people login to the site, can we move the main saas crm home page to a different link let’s say account.abc.com/saas, we would like to change it contents also, that page has default contents with rise all over it. Finally if we update a client into the saas they no longer have access to the client version of the main crm, we thought it was just going to migrate their details to the new subdomain which their crm will be on and they can keep using our crm like a normal user.

We re-enabled the Saas and inactivated the license, and we have got ride of the something went wrong error, We have also been able to modify the Landing page contents but we need it to move from the main sub domain example account.abc.com to something like account.abc.com/saas do that out main login page can become active again

Hello,

We replied your email.

Thanks.

Hi,

Is it possible to edit the default Rise email signature for tenants?

Also I noticed the Sales & Prospects / Company / shows the default Rise logo Along with Invoices / Invoice style showing the default logo on the invoice Can this be edited?

If the script isn’t sending any emails besides the sign-up and welcome email, after adding emails in the Notification setting, what can this be?

Thanks in advance!

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out.

Yes, any settings that can be managed on your RISE are generally available on the tenants too. You can over-ride tenant setting including logos with the main CRM settings.

Notification sending relies on existing RISE notification settings and the templates are available also on the template page. Kindly clarified further your query about the notification.

Thanks.

I am trying to send notifications to clients for new projects assigned and messages via email, however enabling this on the Main and Tenant panel did not allow any emails to be sent.

Also I just noticed the PWA has a 404 error for the client, and the default Rise logo shows, but I did modify it from the Main panel (not from the tenant). Do I need to clear cache?

Kindly ensure your email settings is well configured i.e SMTP on the tenant.

Can you please reach out from the account you have used for purchase or send license details to support@risetosaas.com ?

Thanks.

Can we use all third party plugin in SaaS Management, it will enable for all Tenants

Yes, you can.

Thanks

for that i need to buy Regular License or Extended License

We recommend Extended License for any modules in SaaS setup based on our understanding of evanto license term: https://codecanyon.net/licenses/standard

Thanks.

Hello Olutfa,

1. does this script support SaaS features for this landing page builder plugin here https://codecanyon.net/item/riselanding-landingpage-builder-for-risecrm/57353407 2. I couldn’t understand the tenant and customer dashboard menu, especially how the tenant uses the system for his business. Could you explain. 3. Does this script come with a landing page and templates Thank you

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out.

1. While we have not specific history with the shared plugin, the SaaS plugin is expected to work with any standard plugin. You can confirm further from the module author .

2. Kindly check the demo and documentation here : https://docs.risetosaas.com/ Tenant when login can see link to the CRM and manage business . Each tenant crm also has own subdomain or url for direct access by the customer.

3. Yes, it come with a landing page as appeared on the demo. The landing page is managed throught the RISE CRM default page builder.

Thanks.

Hello Ulutfa, could you kindly explain how this feature works “Custom Modules Request Form Link”. 2. Can admin create custom modules within the system? I tried to see where admin can create custom modules but couldn’t. If available kindly explain or share the link. I’m interested in your script but have my desired features. Thanks

Hi. Is there any way to restrict a tenant to use ONLY googledrive for their storage?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out.

We do not have such option.

Thanks.

Does this make Rise a multivendor script? Also what’s is the max amount of new vendors that can be created? Will the sub domain be part of the main domain or the new vendor can select their own domain? The video quality was not so clear so I could not see much.

for the left menu, I see the option to not allow tenant to control left menu but no option to select which left menu to see, if they can’t control this we must be able to control this, like if you don’t want them to change setting for example, if you hide this they can’t access this then the main crm is in control of all features within the setting this will answer/solve alot of problem and hand over full control to the base admin

Hey guys, you still have not responded to the above message, I need to understand the DB setup before buying as we will be suing api’s, do each tenant have their own DB or one db is hared amongst all? Also do the tenants have a custom signup page apart from the normal rise signup page for regular clients using rise?

Hello,

We do not have custom signup page.

Any option not available on demo wont available on purchase. You get exactly the options available on our demo.

Please check the demo and read the documentation to satisfy your questions: https://docs.risetosaas.com/

We appreciate your understanding,

Hello i have one question how can i add web for my Rise saas

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out.

Can you kindly express in details what you refer by ‘web’ ?

Thanks.

I would like to put a website in HTML, CSS and JS on script. I wanted to know if I can.

I believe you can through the RISE CRM page management.

The SaaS landing page is also manage through that.

You can access the page from yoursite.com/pages

However, that might not support JS.

Thanks.

Tell me, will the additional Mailbox plugin work for client instances? Link to the plugin https://codecanyon.net/item/mailbox-plugin-for-rise-crm/33393054 Thanks

Yes it will.

Thank you.

BUG in latest version: even if I as superadmin turn of the Left Menu edit by client, it is STILL being allowed for a initially-registering tenant, who is the first client signed onto their first CRM instance. Please fix this asap as it’s NOT correct.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out.

Kindly describe the steps to reproduce the error you have described. Also include steps on how you have turn off the Left Menu edit.

Thank you.

hi just tied to update in latest 3.9.3 ver core and I got a 404 ugh. Thought the update would be more smoother than this! In the RiseSaas.zip file you have another folder RiseSaas. Huh? Are the contents supposed to be in the main zip file’s root itself and then the update works? Pleae clarify. You need to do a much better job in packaging dude!

ok, just checked this out and it’s NOT the case. The DB tables are created int he pooled DBs and then after tenant deletion, the table remain as is.

Alright. We will confirm and look into that.

We are not able to reproduce that, data removal works seamlessly from our end.

We suggest you confirm the db user on the pool is not void of the permission to ‘Drop’ table. You can also check your log for any error.

Thank you.

Does your plugin maintain or adapt support for the existing API (plugin) structure when converting to SaaS? Specifically, does it preserve endpoint functionality and allow for tenant-aware API access in a multi-tenant environment? Thanks

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out.

All plugins including API are in general preserved to there default behaviour and only base URL differs. So RISE CRM and all plugins will be tenant aware.

Thanks.

Thank you. I invested in your plugin and so far everything is perfect. Great job!

Thank you so much for your feedback!

I’m glad to hear everything is working perfectly. If you’re enjoying the plugin, we’d really appreciate it if you could leave us a review at your convenience—it helps us a lot!

Pre-purchase question. Do I have to update the SaaS plugin every time I add a new plugin to the Rise application? I understand third-party plugins are supported by the SaaS plugin. Thanks

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out.

No, you do not have to update SaaS plugin on every new plugin installation.

Thanks.
