Here is my scenario and please let me know how I can set this up correctly:

I have a multi site WordPress set up

Parent Site – bowl360.com Child Site #1 – bowl360.combowl360portcharlotte/ - this is still in development and once it goes live the domain will be https://bowl360portcharlotte.com/I will be adding child site #2, #3, etc later on

I plan on using OpenAI on my site similar to another single site that I implemented support board on https://uptownbarandgrill360.com/ because everything has to be automated, i will not have any live admin responding to messages

My question is how will this be set up on my multi site?On the parent site – bowl360.com the support board chatbot will be a generic just answering general questions about my business/brand on the child sites – It has to be a lot more specific because each child site is a different physical location so things like address, hours, pricing, etc will be different on each child site

What is the best way to set this up? Does the user have to select a location/child site by default? I would prefer not to have this and it goes straight to the conversation without selecting a predefined option/location/child site in my case

Please give me some advice. I went ahead and bought 5 licenses but it seems like I may only need one license.

does this plugin support multi sites? if yes do to need to add add license for each child site?

Hi, it is supported but the only didicated feature is assignind different departments to each site.

You will have one global installation and admin area for all sites, it is not indipended for each one.

1. The Artificial Intelligence app is not included and must be purchases separately (29 USD)

2. Yes, you can train from PDF files and any custom post type (as long there is a public website page). Yes, you need OpenAI key.

Hello Can you tell me exactly what I need, which plugin is required, for it to work under WooCommerce, so that AI can answer questions if needed, and if it doesn’t know the answer, it sends an email to the admin to contact the customer? Also, it should be able to provide general answers based on the website regarding the webshop’s contact information, pick-up points, and opening hours. It simply creates a free account. How do I register so I can get support? You also have “Hire us,” but nowhere to “hire” you. This should be more user-friendly.

I want to share some feedback about the registration process. I initially created an account without entering my Envato Purchase Code, and I found out there’s no way to add it after registration. I had to create a new account with a different email to verify my purchase.

It would be helpful if users could verify their Envato Purchase Code from their account settings or profile page, rather than only during initial registration. This change would improve the user experience for customers who register only to realize they need to provide their purchase code.

I’m reaching out because I recently purchased Chat – Support Board – AI Chatbot – WP, assuming that the price included the Artificial Intelligence (AI Chatbot) functionality mentioned in the product name.

After installing and activating my license, I discovered that an additional, separate license is required to enable the AI Chatbot module. This was not clearly stated on the CodeCanyon product page. The name, visuals, and description strongly suggest that AI capabilities are part of the main plugin, which was the primary reason for my purchase.

I completely understand that some products offer optional add-ons, but in this case, the presentation is misleading for buyers because: • “AI Chatbot” is part of the official product title, • there’s no visible notice indicating that a second license is required, • and the documentation doesn’t mention this limitation before installation.

I’m therefore frustrated to have paid for what I believed to be a full version, only to find that essential advertised features require another purchase.

I kindly ask for: 1. An official clarification about the AI module’s licensing, and 2. If confirmed as a separate paid add-on, a partial or full refund for my order, so I can reconsider my purchase with full transparency.

I purchased “Chat – Support Board – AI Chatbot – WP (WordPress)” a while ago, but my main site runs on plain PHP (not WordPress). Because of that, I haven’t been able to use the WP license.

Could you please help me switch to the PHP version instead? I’m happy to deactivate the WP license and I’m willing to pay any price difference or a small cross-grade fee if needed.

Hi dev! I purchased the chat a couple of days ago but the things I need it for do not work. First we need to force a specific agent to show only on specific page. We followed all the steps, we wrote tickets in the support section and all. Nothing works. I need the chat for a couple of things and this is the first of many. But I have been having issues with Support Board Online User Panel Keeps Refreshing/ Blinking

I’ve been using Support Board successfully for some time, but recently the “Online User” section in the admin keeps refreshing/blinking constantly. It was working fine last year without issues, and this behavior only started recently without me changing the setup.

Here are the details:

Support Board was working fine before, now the “Online User” panel won’t stay stable.

It keeps refreshing as if it’s reconnecting repeatedly.

My site is running HTTPS and Support Board is installed the same way as before.

I’ve already tried clearing cache and disabling optimization plugins, but the issue persists.

Could you please check what might be causing this? Do I need to adjust any new settings after recent updates, or is this related to WebSocket/session handling?
