The easiest way to do this is to do a fresh installation of the application and import your database.

I Try to update my system from version 6.9 to version 7.0 and to version 7.1 After I finish it show a successful update to version 7.1 The Problem is; my system is still on the old version 6.9. I login and check; and I discover that there is no new features/update from version 7.0 and version 7.1 inside my system. Although the shows it has been updated to version 7.1.0 There is no new features from version 7 and version 7.1 that show on my system. Please have me fix this error.

We are unable to complete the setup for Ramom Multi School Management. We have followed all the steps described in the documentation; however, after clicking the final confirmation link, we are redirected back to the beginning of the setup process.

Yes, you can use it for a single branch if you want.
If you login as an Admin, the branch name will not be displayed repeatedly.
Absent SMS will be sent automatically but in that case QR attendance module will have to be purchased separately.

Issue in Academic Module – Certificate Generation
In the Certificate Generation section under the Academic Module, several fields are not dynamic, such as {class}, {GPA}, {session}, {roll}, and {section}. Currently, these fields are being populated from the initial admission data of the student.
For example, if a student was admitted in Session 2023 and is currently studying in Session 2025, the certificate still fetches data from the admission session (2023) instead of the current/active session (2025) at the time of certificate generation.
Expected Behavior: The certificate should fetch and display data based on the current/active academic session.
Suggestion for Improvement: It would be highly beneficial to enhance the QR code functionality on the certificate. Upon scanning, the QR code should redirect to the website displaying the verified certificate details.
This enhancement would significantly improve authenticity, verification, and usability of the certificates.

If you have staging/testing installation and auto upgrade is performed there, you should perform manually upgrade in your production area

Hello,
I am writing to report a problem we encountered while installing the application on our server.
Each time we attempt installation, when we reach the final step, the system automatically redirects us to the initial page, the one that asks for the purchase code and CodeCanyon ID.
Consequently, we are unable to complete the installation correctly, despite having a proper server configuration.

Interested in revisiting this script to use for a project and checking to see if anything has changed in regards to its documentation & support. In my initial attempt to get this working I ran into issues attempting to manually set up my branches. I have a specific list of branches I want to set up and was confused on whether this was possible to do manually or if I had to do each thru a form. Some would be subdomains and some may be custom domains. Wait times between responses were an issue. Willing to pay to renew support if I can get support. Any responses appreciated.
