It only provides APIs that are designed to work specifically with the mobile app — there is no frontend or web interface included.

Yes sir , you can absolutely use for both web and mobile (non-SaaS version).
You just need to set your baseUrl in the Flutter code to point to your API. Once configured, it will work for both web and mobile.

Notes – 1. I installed APK, I can see client can not comment on any task or project created for him. He should be able to comment on each task and project. And in that case every time , the client comments on the task, the member who got the task assigned should get notification. And if client comment on the project , entire team members who got assigned for the task including admin should get notification. Admin should get notification anyway, for every updates. 2. Members and Clients should be apple to upload files, notes, add comment for every task and project assigned to him/her. 3. Admin should be able to hide budget from the members. 4. For each task and project there should be global chat option of clients, team members and admin as well. 5. Member can not even mark the task completed to let the admin, client and other members in the project know. Assigned member for the task should be able to mark it “Done” and then admin, client and other team member can check and then update the status in fixing mode etc. 6. member can delete the task! why? only admin can do so, member can add comment , questions, note, files and status as done or need more time etc in the task and project. 7. Member even can update the details of the project and task and even client! Member should not be able to do so unless member itself an admin. 8. ToDo is for personal use? If so, app should give push notification to user in regular interval until the todo task is done. 9. Member should get reminder notification also for each task assigned to him until he updates as needed. 9. Subtask with dollar milestone is unnecessary I think , it creates confusion and gives the project unrealistic purpose. In real life , companies stuff do not give sub task to outsider and pay also.

Here are a few clarifications regarding your observations: Commenting & Chat Chat and commenting features for both tasks and projects are part of our roadmap, and we’re actively working on integrating them. Role-Based Access & Permissions Taskify is fully role- and permission-based, meaning Admin has clearly defined capabilities. File Uploads File uploads are already supported in both tasks and projects . This allows for better collaboration and sharing of resources within assigned work. Task Status vs. “Mark as Done” While we don’t use a “Mark as Done” button, tasks can be updated via status changes (e.g., “In Progress,” “Done,” “Fixing,” etc.). When a status is updated, notifications are automatically sent to all users involved in that task or project, including admins and clients. Dollar-Based Subtasks We understand the feedback regarding dollar milestones. In Taskify, this feature is dynamic — currency can be changed from settings depending on your workflow. This flexibility allows teams to choose what works best for them. We’re committed to building Taskify into a collaborative and permission-aware workspace. Your suggestions are already helping us shape upcoming updates.

It works independently and does not require purchasing the web version to function. Backend & Admin Panel The backend is built using Laravel, and with this purchase, you will receive only the APIs required to run the mobile app. Please note that the Laravel-based admin panel and the web version are not included in this package and need to be purchased separately. With this product, you’ll receive: The Flutter source code for the mobile app. The Laravel-based APIs to connect and operate the backend services. Currently, the Flutter app is built to work with the normal (non-SaaS) version of Taskify. However, we will be launching the SaaS version of the app soon!
Once the SaaS features are released, they will be designed to fully integrate with the Taskify SaaS Laravel script. So if you’re planning to buy the SaaS version of Taskify now and want to buy the Flutter app later — you’re totally on the right track!
