By commenting publicly like this, you cannot provide a solution. If you are right, give the customer a solution to the complaint, and stop arguing publicly here, it is good for you,

but you are not providing support to them, which is true that you have bugs in the application, we have also seen it but we have solved those bugs ourselves.

Please note that we have already provided the customer with proper support and a detailed explanation regarding the issue he is claiming. Every SaleBot user is using the same feature without any issues. The specific concern he raised has a logical reason, which we have clearly explained to him.
If he expects behavior outside of the default functionality of the app, our responsibility is to clarify why the feature works the way it does, which we have done. We are continuing to provide support in every possible way, but spamming public comments asking for refunds is not a solution.
If he genuinely finds a bug or issue in the script, we are always happy to assist. Making claims without understanding the system is unfair, and our support efforts are ongoing, which he is fully aware of.

1- does the whatsapp marketing chat bots have the assign conversation to a team member feature ? like the chat bot start the conversation then assign it to someone in the team ?
2- + can the assigned member be able to just continue chating in the conversation right from the app (Salebot)

For using the official WhatsApp Business API, Facebook Business verification is required.the sender’s phone number is shown to the recipient.Once your WhatsApp Business account is approved and the display (brand) name is verified by Meta, the brand name will appear instead of the number.Yes, the Salebot drag-and-drop bot builder is fully responsive.WhatsApp Web API connection via QR code is supported and there is very minimal chances of number blocking but if you follow some healthy rules.

Currently each sub-account can only be linked to a single WhatsApp/Telegram number.

I just configured external storage with Wasabi. The credentials are correct because they’re the ones I use daily, but I see that the script isn’t saving the images to Wasabi.
