Merhaba, tarayıcı ikonu (favicon) bu kurulumda ayrı bir dosya üzerinden değil, yönetici panelinde yüklenen logolardan otomatik olarak oluşturulmaktadır. Sistem, aşağıdaki öncelik sırasına göre ilgili logoyu kullanır:

Mobile Logo (Dark) -> Mobile Logo (Light) -> Logo (Dark) -> Logo (Light)

Tarayıcı ikonunu değiştirmek için şu adımları izleyebilirsiniz:

1-) Yönetici paneline giriş yapın (/admin). 2-) Ayarlar > Site bölümüne girin. 3-) Branding Assets / Logo alanını açın. 4-) Tercihen kare formatta bir logo yükleyin (önerilen: 512×512 PNG, alternatif olarak JPG veya WEBP, 5 MB altı). 5-) Kaydedin. İkon, yüklediğiniz logodan otomatik olarak oluşturulacaktır.

The system does not include a role or permission-based structure that allows the admin to create custom permission sets and bind them to membership subscriptions in order to unlock specific functionalities sitewide for users or creators.

Only the features explicitly available in the product can be used as designed. This type of permission-to-membership linking is not part of the current product scope.

Our demo environment is running very stable and this shows the system works correctly when the server configuration is correct. Also, I have not experienced this kind of communication from other buyers.

I am still here to help you, but I need to be able to actually verify your environment. You mention you provided all details 10+ days ago, however the credentials shared were not working on my side and I still could not log in. Without valid access to the server or hosting panel, I cannot review logs, verify file paths, check FFmpeg execution, permissions, temporary directories, or confirm external storage configuration. In short, I cannot perform server-side troubleshooting without access.

If you truly want this solved, please reply in the ticket with one of the following, and please make sure it is tested and working before sending:

1-) Hosting panel access (CyberPanel / Hostinger / cPanel)

- Panel URL
- Username
- Password

or

2-) SSH access (if panel access is not possible)

- Host/IP
- SSH port
- Username
- Password or SSH key
- Confirmation that SSH login is allowed for that user

Once I have valid access, I can check the required server configuration and, if necessary, adjust it to make external video uploads work properly.

Support was not stopped. Replies were provided, and the ticket remained open. The process could not move forward because working and verifiable access was never successfully established, despite multiple attempts on my side. This is a technical fact, not an excuse.

The demo system runs stably and correctly, which clearly shows the script itself is functioning as intended. If there were a core bug, it would be reproducible on the demo or reported by multiple users, which has not happened.

Server-side issues cannot be diagnosed or fixed without valid access to files, logs, and configuration. This is standard technical practice, not “back and forth.”

At this stage, everything necessary has already been explained in the support ticket. Further discussion in the comments will not change the technical requirements.

Support remains available via the ticket system if you decide to provide correct and working access details. Otherwise, this matter is considered closed.

At the moment, the product does not include a TikTok-style heavy recommendation engine that continuously learns deep user behavior signals such as watch time, device language, hashtag or sound analysis.

The feed logic is intentionally designed to be lightweight and server-friendly:

- The main feed prioritizes content from followed creators with a strong chronological order. - The Explore section lists all published content mainly based on recency. - The Trending section ranks posts by engagement (likes + comments) within the last X days.

There is no self-learning AI model running in the background that dynamically personalizes content per user.

However, new creators can still appear in Explore and Trending, and creators may optionally use the Boost feature to increase visibility. This is a visibility tool, not algorithmic personalization.

This approach is intentional. TikTok-level recommendation systems require heavy server resources, real-time data pipelines, and continuous model training, which significantly increase infrastructure costs and operational complexity.

The current system focuses on stability, scalability, and predictable performance across standard hosting environments.

Regarding Creator Boost: In this product, there is currently no paid or free “boost” feature and no separate module for artificially promoting or highlighting content. Content visibility is handled through the standard feed and interaction logic only. (The script includes a professional advertising creation and tracking area.)

About subscriptions, paywall, and paid content: These monetization features are restricted to admin-approved creator accounts. Only users who are approved as creators can create subscription plans and publish locked or subscriber-only content. Regular users can subscribe, unlock content, follow creators, and interact, but they cannot monetize content themselves.

For live video: Live streaming is controlled via the Admin Panel using a global enable/disable setting. When live video is enabled, any logged-in user can start a live stream by default. There is no creator-only permission layer for live video in the current setup.

If you prefer live streaming to be restricted to creators only, this would require a custom permission layer or small additional development, which can be implemented if needed.

This approach keeps the system simple, predictable, and easy to manage, while still allowing admins to control monetization-related features strictly.

1. Installation & Go-Live Support If your server is using cPanel, I can assist you with the initial installation and setup free of charge, up until the script is properly installed and running. However, all post-installation configuration inside the admin panel must be completed by you. This is necessary because certain settings require your own information, such as API keys, payment gateway credentials, and third-party service accounts, which must be created and provided directly by the site owner.

2. Custom Development Requests Customizations and feature-specific development are not included in the standard Envato support scope. While full product support is provided according to Envato’s rules, any custom work, feature changes, or tailored development can be requested separately and is offered as a paid service. After reviewing your requirements, I can provide an official quote and estimated delivery timeline.

3. Mobile App (iOS & Android) At this time, there is no native iOS or Android mobile application available for CreatorPulse. For the current stage of the product, a PWA (Progressive Web App) is the most practical and efficient solution, and CreatorPulse works very well in that setup. Native Android and iOS applications are planned for the future, but there is no confirmed release date yet.

Dizzy, on the other hand, is a full creator club platform. It includes photo/video paywalls, subscriptions, paid live streaming (Agora), private requests, VIP interactions, and multiple income streams. Best if you want to build a long-term fan community with deeper engagement.

- Fan clubs + live shows + multiple revenue streams → Dizzy
