It seems my decision to not buy this was quite correct, i read comments above and it seems alot of people are facing issues and bugs, Also there is not update since June 25, I mean why slow development and releases? Not sure.

Positive Point: This item has alot of potential to be amazing, it has the best UI in this category, Just need features and stability in code.

I might change my mind if i see update sooner than i think there will be an update, Not sure tho for now.

Development has been ongoing, although some updates focus on internal improvements, optimizations, and stability rather than frequent public releases. We prefer releasing well-tested updates instead of pushing changes too quickly and risking instability.

BUG Reporting on Basic Feature – Need to be resolved

Experience problem with sending personalized messages. After adding the custom fields, and creating template, the messages are not getting delivered as expected. They are showing errors in the custom fields entered.

When we try to select DYNAMIC option, the fields are not displaying. I have created a TICKET , kindly assist ASAP

We are experiencing multiple issues with your script, which have caused significant frustration for our customers. The situation is becoming unmanageable, and your support team appears to consist of only one person, “Ken M.”, who responds to all tickets. Unfortunately, his responses are often delayed—sometimes we wait 3–4 days. In many cases, we only receive a reply after commenting publicly on Codecanyon, which is not an ideal support process.

If you are not willing or able to handle issues promptly, please inform your customers so they can find solutions for the problems they are facing.

Below are the issues we are currently encountering:

Issue #1: Automation Flow

We added both Arabic and English languages so that customers can choose their preferred language. The Arabic flow works perfectly, but the English flow does not work at all.

When we check the logs, we see the following errors:

This clearly indicates that the system cannot fetch the next step in the English flow, even though we built it exactly the same way as the Arabic flow. This suggests that the issue is coming from your source code, not from our configuration.

Issue #2: Incorrect Timestamp

The message timestamps are completely inaccurate.

For example, if the time on our computers is 11:00 PM and we send a message, the system shows a timestamp that is 3 hours ahead of the actual sending time.

It’s highly likely that 2 things are happening:

1. You set up a temporary token which expired; or

2. You are trying to send campaigns beyond your WABA limits hence the failed status in campaigns.

Check your ticket for assistance on the same.

There are many problems, and the technical support team is not responding to your tickets.

You do not have any active ticket on our platform, all your issues have been marked as resolved. I suggest that you go to https://support.axis96.com/login and lodge a request.

Secondly, please read the documentation very well, this platform is highly technical given that it relies on the WhatsApp Meta API, you therefore need to go through the setup instructions carefully, for instance, using a temporary token will only work for a few hours, afterwards it will not work. This is not a bug but part of the setup, so I suggest that you go through it very carefully.

1b. Those conversation audio can it be saved in S3 digital ocean spaces or AWS S3, so user in the browser listen to recorded conversation and download

Thank you for your interest in Swiftchats. Here are our replies: 1. No it does not support Whatsapp calling 2. Yes, however, it only supports Stripe, PayPal, Paystack and Razorpay 3. It uses Laravel (php) backend and vue frontend.

I want WhatsApp Calling which works with both Human and AI… inbound and outbound… What is your roadmap on this?- what if I want now?

We are experiencing a problem sending advertising campaigns; they are not being delivered to clients. The delivery rate is N/A, the read rate is N/A, and the campaign status is scheduled.
