Flow builder is to set specific environment when new chat comes in. Whatsway dont support webhooks for now, however it will be added in upcoming update for sure.

You cannot schedule or post. here channel means whatsapp business numbers.
Yes you can have cusotmers/companies and they can add unlimited channels as per plans

AI Chatbot works in replying to incoming chats, cannot be added in workflows.

There is a two critical bug 1) The message received loading in Inbox based on Conversation table Right now your system does:getConversationByPhone(from) ❌ That means: If the same user messages ANY of your WhatsApp numbers → it tries to reuse the SAME conversation.This is wrong in multi-channel / multi-number systems. ✅ FIX → Add channelId condition, also while checking the conversation table. 2) Contact: The contacts are loaded based on user_id from contact table, which is totally wrong because if a lead messages directly then his detail stored in contact table without user_id so these will not being fetched, change is required to fetch based on channel is.
Posting it here as not able to raise support ticket showing some error.
1. For conversations, we fetch them using the channelId. First, we match the channelId, and then we load the messages. With this logic, the same phone number can chat on multiple channels, and each channel will have its own separate conversation.
2. Lead contacts are being created using the channelId that part is correct. Along with channelId, we also save the created_by user ID, which is why we currently fetch contacts based on the user ID.

SaaS feature was good but require two main update 1)Embedded Sign up with universal webhook 2) Free trial plan so user can opt for.
