I have a question regarding the AI Avatar feature in MagicAI.

Currently, test videos are free for the client and do not count against their quota, but on the server side the API still incurs costs in dollars. This creates a risk: if a client continuously generates test videos, especially several minutes long, it can lead to significant expenses for the service.

Is it possible to limit the number or maximum length of test videos (for example, up to 30 seconds or X per month)?

What is the maximum video length technically supported through the current integrations (Synthesia / HeyGen / Fal.AI)? Is there a fixed limit, or does it depend on the API provider’s plan?

I checked the admin panel (/dashboard/admin) but did not find any settings to control these parameters. Could you clarify if this can be managed through the admin interface, or if changes need to be made directly in the code?

⚠️ This is important because the absence of limits means a client could generate unlimited test videos, which would result in ongoing costs for the server while remaining free for the client.

However, it is very important for me to receive answers to two technical questions before I decide to purchase your product:

What is the maximum allowable length of a video that can be created in AI Avatar mode or other AI Video modes?

Are there any restrictions on the number of test videos a single user can generate? – The interface states that test videos are not counted toward the quota, but if there are no limits, this could lead to abuse and system overload.

I am considering purchasing your product, but I need to understand how the system is protected against potential misuse to be confident in its stability and economic sustainability.

1. The maximum length depends upon which AI model you are using. Sora and Veo 3.1 supports video generation up to 8 and 12 seconds.

2. There are no test video generations. There will be no system overload.

1. A license can only be used for one web project, but a web project can contain two different domains, development and production.

Production environment: This is the domain where your web project is live and available to users.

Development environment: This is the staging domain of your web project, you can develop your site in this domain or you can test a change/improvement in this domain before publishing it on your production site.

2. For now Magic AI has WordPress Integration extension which you can check here: https://docs.magicproject.ai/wordpress-integration/

3. For booking using calendly: Currently, the chatbot does not have the ability to take such actions. However, we will be investigating whether this is possible.

Thank you for replying – i think you missed it, i was talking about the chatbot for external website – customers ask for shipping update or product info like ecommerce – so i was asking for shopify and woocommerce integration in that sense

calendly + stripe + crm is for the chatbot to accept payment and booking appointment the chatbot would book for the client

Flows Builder- when at a url /pricing – the ai should ask need help choosing or do you need a discount or when conditions are meet the ai ask questions
