This isn’t support; it’s a couple of bugs I found. Also, my support contract has expired.
1. The Webhook function in the Webhooks Automation Module for Perfex CRM and the Support for REST API module for Perfex CRM are named the same in the system, causing an incompatibility and therefore an error.
2. When I create a ticket through the API, the client contact doesn’t receive the email notification. After many tests, I identified that it’s an API issue, since the notification is received natively and with other integrations.

I need to reset my license and the automated link is not working. I dont have support active as I purchased my item a long time ago. This is very frustrating.
There’s no direct link to reset your license.
You can do that by accessing your support portal’s account, no matter if you have an active support pack or no.
If you try to access a direct link, it wont work and will eventually lead to frustration.
This is having issues with activation. I entered the correct purchase code, but it keeps spinning endlessly without activating the module. Can you please fix the module so it accepts and activates purchase codes as expected? This is very inconvenient. May you just update the code and push out a fixed update, instead of asking me to send a support ticket (which I suspect you’ll do).
Your suspection is correct. Support for this item is provided exclusively through the official support channel.
This is not a formality and it is not optional. Activation issues require us to review specific, sensitive details such as server environment, PHP version, cURL responses, and licensing handshake results. For security and privacy reasons, these cannot be handled in public comments or guessed without diagnostics.
Those can only be identified through a support ticket, not by pushing a blind update that would affect thousands of working installations.
This item has been actively sold and used for years, and the activation mechanism works as expected when server requirements are met. If there were a global activation bug, it would affect all customers, which is clearly not the case.
Public comments are not a replacement for support, and updates cannot be issued based on assumptions without technical evidence.

I hear what you’re saying. However, the issue is that your new licence validation form now only asks for the Purchase Code, and not the Envato Username anymore, which is what will make validation succeed. Just the Purchase Code with no Envato Username will always error, which is why I suggested you fix it. If you add just that missing Username field to the new form, this will resolve.
You are probably confused with another module – activation process remains untouched and username was never asked.

This is not a support request but a functional defect of the module. The module does not fulfill its intended purpose as a REST API for task management.
Please let me know whether you plan to fix this defect. If not, I would like to request a refund, as the module is not fit for its intended use.
Our module works flawlessly. Thus said, investigating your local copy is needed – an action a support engineer must be assigned.
