When a user contacts a business using the contact form on the business profile page, does the business get an email notification? I don’t see this template from email settings.

Yes you can upgrade to extended license anytime and you will not lose any data, and about the featured badge are for admin he can make any business featured.
So, business have to pay outside of the platform and then the admin has to add the featured? or other way?

why is it when you have only 5 categories that on the home page it pushes them far left. Its silly, is there a setting to center them as this is a major flaw if you arent creating a site with a lot of categories.
Also are we allowed to modify and customise it to fit our website.

This looks amazing. This could be a killer app if it also combines directory functionalities with the review ones. In other words, businesses should be able to show their picture(s) and contact form (for lead gen) and to specify their complete address/features/amenities via custom fields all right on the showcase page (not hidden on another page), just like a directory.
1. Is there a plan to do the above soon? Any timeline? How difficult would it be to modify the script if I had to do it?
2. Can Admin add team members/employees with specific access roles (e.g., to approve submitted reviews)?
3. How does your KYC work? Does it work on businesses or on reviewers? If on the reviewers, how does it check if they are/were indeed the business’s customer?
4. Can we require that all reviews be approved by Admin/team member before getting published?
5. Can we categorize businesses by state and city? If not, any plans to do it soon?
6. Can we set the URLs to be search-engine friendly such as site.com/biz/dc/washington/<business-type>/<business-name>? I think this is very important.

Guest users (who reviewed but did not create an account) can review but will NOT change the main rating of the business.
Only verified users’ reviews will change the rating of an enterprise. Otherwise, their review will just be listed but will not change the rating.

Be able to change or translate the /businesses/ URL path. In Portuguese it would be /empresa/ and this would be a huge benefit for SEO.

Ggreat script – really solid work!
I noticed a small bug: When filtering by country, region, and city, everything works fine. But if you change only the country, the previously selected region and city (which don’t belong to that country) remain active, resulting in no search results. It would be great if those filters reset automatically when changing the country.
A few other improvements that would probably benefit all users:
Both normal and business users should be able to delete their accounts.
Business users should also be able to report reviews.
To improve multilingual support, pages should be linkable across languages (currently, switching languages can cause 404 errors).
Screenshots are stored only in cache, which quickly uses up thum.io credits – maybe save the first screenshot permanently.
Please add Apple login to the social login options.
When adding businesses, show a small note about the correct domain format (e.g. https://example.com) or allow variations like www.example.com.

Good job. Please add a website/domain verification feature. This is required for this platform. Also include a claim business feature where users can claim a business by verifying the website and submitting verification documents.
We have claiming business already and we have verification already, domain verification is not possible because this script supports any links like social profiles and custom profiles links
