First, I noticed that there is a user app. Do you plan to release apps for agents and merchants/sellers as well?
Second, I see that the application still has some issues, especially when loading pages. Is there any update in progress to fix these problems?
Third, can the application work with another database model, such as PostgreSQL, instead of MySQL?
Fourth, was the back-end designed to scale data using relational databases, with well-optimized queries?
Fifth, if we purchase the software, will you deliver the full source code? In other words, it is not a pre-built software, correct?
Hi there, Answers to your questions: 1. Mobile apps for merchants and agents are still in development. 2. Most of the problems are fixed. 3. It should work, but we haven’t tried it yet. You have to change the database adapter from the backend from MySQL to Postgres. 4. Yes its scalable and queries are optimized. 5. Yes full source code is included.

I have been unable to create telegram. They send verification code but it never arrive. Have tried more than 5 different numbers. You don’t have whatsapp or email.
Can you try creating the account with email? They also have an email option.
Something not sounding right to me. Why most you guys hiding your support system via Telegram. Even when i create the telegram with email they are saying i have to pay because SMS in my country is expensive. You make me waste my money buy VPS i will just have to forget about this and move on. To clarify, we are not hiding our support system, and we never require any payment to contact us on Telegram. Telegram is free to use globally. In some countries, Telegram may charge for SMS verification during account creation, but that cost is set by Telegram or the local carrier — not by us.

The function for user deposits using the agent’s payment method is not working properly. Withdrawal requests through the agent are also not working properly.

Suppose the agent has added a new payment method for user deposits and withdrawals, the payment method is called Paypal. Then the agent’s Paypal email should be displayed on the user’s deposit page and the user’s Paypal email should be provided for payment verification. Similarly, the user’s Paypal email will be provided for withdrawals. You have all these functions, but I noticed that this function is not working properly.
We tested that feature on our side, and it’s working correctly. Please make sure that the country and currency you select while adding the payment method match the country and currency you select when depositing or withdrawing from the customer account. Hi, thanks for the response. Since MTN’s API is unstable, can you consider adding Hubtel API for withdrawals? Hubtel works well in Ghana and supports both MoMo (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo) and bank transfers. That would make withdrawals faster and more reliable.
