I have a problem, when a customer pays, transactions are updated as they should, but when the Super Admin is going to approve, the amount is added further so it looks like it’s double. In Stripe with test mode, only one payment is made. I have tried to create an account to make a ticket but it hasn’t worked to log in.
I need your help plz.
the balance will be doubled automatically after super admin approval and the vendor will also see it in their balance

Followed the documentation to the T – Cannot get the Google calendar to work. Is it suppose to show each appointment created on the laravel admin client side or is it supposed to display appointments in the google side? not sure how this works

But when someone sets up a new appointment there is nothing on the google calendar. So in what condition should I see the appointment there?

The username and email are required. Therefore, when adding a new support ticket, a list of users should appear so that one or more can be selected.

It’s normal for a team member (staff) to be on leave or vacation. In this case, to avoid wasting a customer’s time, the team member (staff) needs to have the option to suspend the service, and the seller (vendor) needs the option to suspend the team member’s (staff’s) account.

1) If a vendor changes a staff member’s status to inactive, will he still appear as available to customers for bookings? 2) On weekends, it’s common for work schedules to be different for each staff member, and some don’t work at all. On holidays, work schedules are also usually different, and some staff members don’t work at all.

1️⃣ Vendor subscription packages (monthly/yearly): ✅ Yes, this feature is already included. Admin can create multiple subscription packages (monthly, yearly, lifetime, free, premium, etc.), and vendors can choose and subscribe accordingly.
2️⃣ Automatic payment after free trial: ❌ This feature is not available by default. Currently, vendors can use free or paid packages, but automatic recurring billing after a free trial is not implemented. This would require custom development if you need it.
3️⃣ Promotional features for vendors: ✅ Yes, promotional functionality is included. Vendors can promote their services for a limited time by paying an additional amount to the admin, which helps them get more visibility on the platform. (Advanced options like special email campaigns or custom ranking logic can also be added via customization if needed.)

I need some clarification regarding the appointment booking process. When a user books an appointment, is payment required to be made on our website, or is there an option for the user to pay directly when visiting the service provider?
Additionally, can service providers choose different pricing options such as “Free” or “Price on request” instead of setting a fixed price?
For example, in the european market, an appointment with a car dealer or car garage is often free, while services such as accountants, dentists, lawyers, or real estate agents usually work with “Price on request.”
Can these service providers use our platform purely for appointment scheduling without requiring online payment from users?
Our goal is to charge only the service providers for listing their services on the platform, not the end users.

- There are no custom fields regarding service management? I’d like a ‘All or B2B’ option, also in the frontend filter.
- The vendor profile pic forcing to upload 80×80px is very inconveniënt to the user.
- Tox editor is not closing the [More] submenu when controlling the accordeon menu.
- It would be nice to have a GRID/LIST button.

By the way, package edit was killed by removing the whatsapp_manager_status column. And currently I locked a test user from upgrading after ordering a free package twice, then they need the administrator to fix it.

What we want to offer is a seevice booking platform, ib real life peiple talks to service providers and discuss about the job they need to get done, and discuss about the price.
If platform will take that away from users, so it will not be much help, any business idea should help people to get things done in easier and better way.
So why dont we give people the ability to contact the service providers before booking ? Using WhatsApp since its the most usable communication app
