just bought your module and it‘s great. Just have a question: if a customer is subscripted to a Package how can I as an Admin assign a new Package that is privat? I know that the customer can change the package in the settings tab but not to a private one. I would like to know how to assign Package manually without logging in to the customer instance. Also i‘m not able to use the feature „Login as customer“. My Admin Account does not work even if I set it as super-assistant. Could you please explain how to Login as customer by not knowing the login details of the Customer. Super assistant should be able to Login to the customers instance right?

You can assign packages from SaaS > Invoices > Add user to package (red button)
Impersonting customer does not require super assistant and relies on the existing Perfex CRM login as customer.
Kindly ensure you are using the latest version of the SaaS module and Perfex CRM.

Quick pre sale question: If I installed perfex with the saas on my shared hosting platform with an extended license and then after having a certain amount of instances notice the sites lagging because of my hosting and I upgrade to vps hosting as example but I want to keep all the instances and just upgrade the host. Is it possible and how difficult is it to do this and how long will my instances be offline for this?

Last question please: if I purchase the extended version and it turns out that I am not able to have each client have their own custom domain instead of sub domain on mine or they cannot build their own landing page with the saas built in as you advertised, then I will request a refund or will that be a problem? The migration process depend on your DB scheme. If you have each client on separate db in your shared hosting, then moving to a new server requires moving all the tenant databases too. If you can opt for a managed remote database from start, that safe you from moving when changing host. But remote database of choice should be in the same or close physical location as your hosting to ensure maximal connection speed. But most shared hosting do not provide managed DB.
Page builder pro comes with the extended license and allows usage on your tenants and tenants will able to build custom pages.
Custom domain is a different thing and you need to managed that if you are using shared hosting by registering your customer domain on your DNS panel. If you use VPS, you can automate that with Caddy (we have a pages regarding custom domain on our documentation).
After purchase and downloading, we do not provide refund. Please test carefully or ask us any question that needs clarification. Its been about 3 years you are following up and asking us question about this and we will be more patient

Hi! I am really concerned about tenant’s disk quota. You mentioned you are not using aws s3 compatible storage. If I install a 3rd party plugin like this [https://codecanyon.net/item/aws-s3-integration-for-perfex-crm/54061000] will this allow to use aws s3 for tenant’s storage and also apply tenant’s disk quota from your module on the aws s3? Do these 2 plugins cooperate? are they compatible?

Hi, I have a quick question regarding module access, using Saas.
After adding a new module and assigning it to an existing package, the tenants who are already subscribed to that package are not able to see the newly added module.
For example, the Inventory module was not included in the plan initially. Later, I purchased it and added it to the same plan. However, tenants who had already subscribed to that plan still cannot see the Inventory module.
I also tried switching their plans and switching back again, but it did not resolve the issue.
Could you please guide me on how to fix this?

Pre purchase query, 1. my perfex is alrealy installed on subdomain, then how SaaS will work and how client subdomain will be created is it like perfex.mydomain.com/client OR client.mydomain.com.
2. There are third party modules, will they work and if yes can restrict the access to perticular modules and add in package subscription, for example i have account module that module i wanted to restric to one client and acess to other client, is it possible.

1. Both option is available. clientid.perfex.yourdomain.com and clientid.yourdomain.com or clientid.anydomain.com (so far the domain is pointed to your Perfex installation)

Great product on paper. Would have loved to purchase it. But on the demo site I am unable to register a new tenant. The registration link for one of the packages allows one to create a customer registration in Perfex but not as a tenant. I contacted the developer and received no feedback. I cannot risk to buy a product when the demo of the product is not working.

Creating a tenant differ from customer. If you have cerated a customer, then you need to either login as the customer to create a tenant or just create a tenant for the customer from the admin panel (in SaaS > Tenants). After creating, you can find tenants on SaaS > Tenants.

Depending on how heavy your customization is. If very light, most likely this will work fine.
Invoicing is through Perfex core recurring invoice or subscription. So any payment gateway installed in Perfex should be fine.

When a user adds an extra unit of clients or others to an already paid package, it should create an invoice for the added units only and update the subscribed package. I only see the updated subscribe package invoice as unpaid and no added unit invoice (which I think should be prorated based on the plan).

If you are using stripe, kindly check the subscription on your stripe dashboard for details about the subscription. Stripe handle the proration logic.
If using recurring invoices, then the behaviour can be affected by ‘New invoice status for package customization’ option in SaaS general settings. If blank added unit wont have a separate invoice.
