Yes. you can directly upgrade any version. And if you face any problem, please raise a ticket. Currently we not planning for implementing offline synchronisation.

It is bassically imporssible to import products as the system requires that barcodes are created manually before products are imported. That means, if my client has 10,000 products, I have to manually create all the barcodes first. Please work on it in the upcoming updates.
Secondly, not all products have barcodes, sales units etc. Make all those things optional during product creation and upload. Those settings should be done by the admin.

I tried creating a support ticket but it doesn’t work unfortunately. When I click on update nothing happends. My web up is loading a 500 Server Error after the upgrade. Kindly help.
Unfortunately, there was no notification or confirmation message on the screen nor my email. However, the tickets got created severally so I have deleted the duplicates.

Yes, I contacted my hosting service provider and they assisted me. I mistakenly run the same updates twice so that’s what caused the issue.

It’s working perfectly. In the next updates, kindly add notifications for the super admin when a new store is added, when a user pays for a subscription or does an upgrade, and other relevant notifications.
Secondly, you made it compulsory for suppliers to have email and phone numbers. I think it shouldn’t be. Not all suppliers have emails especially in Africa and other low income countries.

We are adding tax at the product level with Inclusive or Exclusive options. However, the TAX section is still visible on the POS screen, which is confusing and unnecessary.
Although the product-wise tax calculation is correct and is showing properly on the invoice, the separate TAX amount is displaying as 0, which is an incorrect structure.
The correct and expected format should be as follows:
Tax type (Inclusive / Exclusive) should be set commonly from the settings, not product-wise.
Since tax is already added at the individual product level, the TAX box should not appear on the POS screen.
Individual product tax is correctly shown on the bill; however, the total tax amount should be displayed at the bottom of the bill, along with the grand total.

Well done on the new update. However, the reCAPTCHA is not functioning during user login, even though it works correctly during user registration.
We added CAPTCHA only to the registration page, not anywhere else. In the next release, we are planning to add multiple places like login, contact inquiries, etc.

thanks, and great thanks for this update. Default language can be changed now, but issue is frontend default language, principaly, header menu issue.
I discover that default language features does not included Frontend header default language. Exemple, my default language is French, and i have translated all Front CMS in French language (that is okay). But thye issue, frontend header menu features translation are not included to “Front CMS” sections. It is encluded to Language translation part.
So even if default language is in French, to get header menu item in french, frontend user still need to manualy select french language in frontend.
Please fix that
PS: Maybe, move frondend header menu items to “Front CMS” section

Hi, I wanted to ask if the system supports recipe-based inventory deduction. For example, if I receive 1 kg of coffee beans and my café sells 3 cups of coffee, can the system automatically convert the used amount into cups and deduct it from the raw material stock? In other words, does the system allow linking raw materials to products and automatically calculating the remaining quantity?

You can purchase inventory in a different warehouse. You can see low stock in the Dashboard. The dual screen is supposed to customer display. One side cashier, and the other side customer. So the customer can easily see what they actually purchased.

Yes, you can use the SaaS version in a regular licence. You create a plan from a super admin, and the user will purchase it and pay charges based on their plan.
