I have downloaded the driver and rider demo applications and logged in using the phone number and password you provided.
When I tested the application by searching for a delivery, I did not receive any notifications or alerts on the driver app. Instead, a message appeared on the rider app saying “No drivers available in this area.”
This happened despite the fact that I had the driver app running on another mobile device and the driver online status was activated, allowing the application to receive requests.
Do you have an explanation for this issue?
its not issue , there might be some config approval like driver approval or vehicle approval

I have successfully added the Taxido Laravel website; however, there is an issue originating from the main/core code (as shown in the screenshot).
This issue can be resolved manually from our side, but the root cause appears to be related to missing or incomplete logic in the core functions. Since this is part of the main Taxido codebase, there is a risk that any manual fix may be overridden when the vendor releases a future update.
For this reason, I recommend reporting this issue directly to the Taxido team. If the missing code or fix is implemented at their end, it will be included in their next version update and ensure long-term stability without breaking during upgrades.

I really like the software, just a few enquires. Do you have free installation services? Incase of cash trips, is there a way to set maximum accumulated driver commission to pay back to the admin, if they reach that maximum they cannot get any more rides until they pay.
we have free installation with extended license and for regular license its not free installation
there is no pay back to admin when there is cash trips commission is auto deduct from driver wallet and if wallet goes to negative he can not get online to take any ride he need to make minimum wallet balance set by admin

I purchased your Taxido script in early 2025, and I must say that it is a very powerful product. The earlier versions were stable and quite easy to work with, which is why we chose it for our project.
We delayed deployment mainly because we were waiting for driver incentive features. Now that the latest update includes almost everything we needed, we were excited to move forward. Unfortunately, the new update has introduced many errors—in fact, quite a lot of them—which has made development extremely difficult on our end.
What confuses us most is that the latest demo APK uploaded on your site works smoothly, while the actual source code provided for download contains numerous errors. This makes it seem like the demo APK is not built from the exact same codebase that customers receive.
At this point, we have had to pause development and are now waiting for a new update that resolves these issues and replaces the current Taxido 2.0 build.
Could you please let us know:
When the next update is expected?
Whether it will comprehensively fix the existing errors?
We are really depending on this update and sincerely hope it will be stable and error-free, as we still believe in the potential of this product.

because many times issues arise while update as we updated react native version many packages upgrade and all as its major update so when you create build if you have issue you can share error screenshot on ticket so if anything missed on update then team can help you

Before purchasing, I’d like to clarify how the delivery dispatch system works in detail. For example:
Suppose there are 5 drivers (X1, X2, X3, X4, X5) and at the same time 3 customers (Customer A, Customer B, Customer C) press “Book Now.” Will the system send notifications to all 5 drivers simultaneously? If one order (e.g., Customer A) is already assigned to a driver, will the system then send notifications to all available drivers about the remaining orders from Customers B and C? Additionally, I’d like to know: How does the system decide which driver gets priority (nearest driver, fastest response, round‑robin, or broadcast)? What happens if no driver accepts the order — does the system retry, escalate, or cancel automatically? Can the system handle multiple concurrent bookings without conflict (e.g., two drivers accepting the same order at the same time)? Is there a queue or fallback mechanism if all drivers are busy? Are notifications sent via push, SMS, or in‑app only? Can dispatch rules be customized per merchant (e.g., assign only to drivers in certain zones)? Thank you.

I’m currently experiencing an issue. The problem is that when uploading to the Play Store, Google requires my target applications to have a `targetSdkVersion` of 35, which prevents the upload process. So, I set `targetSdkVersion` to 35 and rebuilt my application, but afterwards I noticed that my application screens are zoomed or stretched downwards, causing the application’s navigation bar to appear below the Android system navigation bar. Your technical team hasn’t been able to resolve my problem. Is there anyone here who has encountered this issue and has been able to fix it?
