I have bought this since more than 3 months ago, and since then this product is not updated to fix the deprecated methods with using firebase. I already opened a ticket at their website and they said it will be updated very soon like more than a month, but not yet updated

I responded there, and your answer there was to wait after I had waited more than a month. I also asked today, and you still gave the same reply: I need to wait, and you cannot provide me with a date when this will be fixed. This is not professional business gesture from your support team, here you tell me that the support team will help me and there the support team tells me that I have to wait and nothing can be done.
maybe you live in the moon thats why its take a months to transmit tickets data to moon.
normally we take a day to response and solve issues if anyone face – in our official day.
if we are in weekend then its take maximum 48 hours to response untill weekend is finish.

Google updated the Cloud Messaging API (Legacy) to the Firebase Cloud Messaging API (V1), so the Cloud Messaging API (Legacy) can no longer be used. It will be updated in the next update of the script.

So on support tickets they own up to their mistake that the code is not working together and you cannot connect the web dashboard to the flutter app, but in public I am the one who is lying and living on the moon according to them. Dear Author: If you need also screenshoots from your website for these interactions with your support team, I can take screenshots put them on google drive and put the link here for everyone to see

Who is saying that it take month to reply, I said exactly” after a month I asked again and still they told me to wait”, please carefully read and understand what am I saying here, the response from your team came up on time but no solution. and then after a month I asked again, and still no solution or update coming. After clearning the time issue and the misunderstanding of the response time.
The current code is not working and you connot connect the admin dashboard to the flutter app because firebase cloud messaging api is deprecated and cannot be used. So, what now?

Hi you have updated version of this app? both google and IO indicates the code is old and cannot be used? whats the solutions here? push notifications also old code and cannot be used… you guys have updated? if not we will initiate a refund for both web version and mobile app.. unfortunatly you cannot sell outdated old code
