any one get solution qr not loaded & all user logout

I feel most of the purchasers have the same issue that the QR is not work and all the devices logout, and i try many times to send to the support, but no answer, and also i saw there is many people here adding comments about this.

i feel if there is no way to get support from them, we have to escalate to codecanyon team to solve this issue with the provider

There are 2 major issues in the new version.

1. /var/www/html/sessions/ writing lot of files, which causes disk space full issue and we have to delete daily

2. All devices logout daily, we have to scan daily

Please help me urgently with these 2 issues.
