Technical Report: Quiz and Performance Issues
We are encountering the following problems in both the web and mobile app versions of the LMS:
Quiz Redirect Issue (Website): When a user clicks “View Quiz”, instead of loading the quiz page, it redirects to the homepage.
Quiz Submission Issue (App): After completing a quiz and pressing “Finish”, the app simply returns to the quiz list without recording or marking the attempt.
Quiz Navigation Flow (App): When selecting a quiz within a section, it first opens the general quiz list page. The user must manually select the quiz again to access it, instead of loading it directly.
App Performance: The app runs noticeably slow—page loads, API calls, and general navigation have lag or delay.
Also, the email is not working. I have done the email set up but not still working.
Without logging in or buying the course, people can access the course videos.
