1. Librarian, Receptionist, Accountant Roles Currently, these specific roles are not available as separate role types in the system. However, this feature is in high demand and is already included in our development roadmap. We are planning to add these role-based permissions in future updates.

2. Multi-Child Support (Parent App) Yes Our system fully supports multi-child tracking. If a parent has multiple children (5–6 or more), all students will be linked to the same parent account. After logging into the Parent App, the parent can view all children on the dashboard and switch between them to check reports, attendance, exams, fees, notifications, and other activities individually.

3. Transportation / Commute Tracking Yes We have recently added the Transportation Module. It includes trip management, transportation notifications, stop-wise updates, and student attendance during trips. The transportation feature is actively supported and continuously improved.

4. Hostel Management Currently Hostel Management is not available at the moment. However, this feature is also planned for a future update based on customer demand.

Clarification on Bug Fixes in v1.8.1 Update

I wanted to confirm whether the following major issues identified in the v1.8 update have been resolved in the recently released v1.8.1 patch:

1. In the Super Admin Panel, previously in v1.6 we had full control to: – Edit schools – Activate/deactivate them – Modify school admins – Assign custom packages

However, in v1.8, only the delete option was available, and the rest of the functionalities were either missing or throwing errors. Has this been fixed in v1.8.1?

2. The Home Page Demo button was not functioning in v1.8 — has this issue been addressed?

3. New school registration email confirmation was either delayed or not working properly — any improvements in this regard?

4. Any other minor but critical bugs that were reported by the community — have they been patched in this release?

Super Admin Panel Yes, this has been fully resolved in v1.8.1. The Super Admin now has complete control again, including:

Creating and editing schools

Activating / deactivating schools

Modifying school admin details

Assigning custom packages

Resetting passwords

Re-sending emails

Enabling / disabling Two-Factor Authentication

All the issues that were present in v1.8 have been fixed and thoroughly tested.

Home Page Demo Button Yes, the Home Page Demo button issue has been fixed and is now working correctly in v1.8.1.

New School Registration Email Confirmation This issue has also been resolved. Email delivery is now stable, with no delays, and confirmation emails are being sent properly to all users.

Other Reported Community Issues Yes, we reviewed all critical and minor bugs reported by the community, compiled them into a fix list, and addressed them before releasing v1.8.1.

1. Frontend Control Management Enable Super Admin and School Admin to activate or deactivate system frontend (landing page) visibility and features as required.

2. Login as School Feature Introduce a “Login as School” option to allow the Super Admin to access school accounts for support, troubleshooting, and monitoring purposes.

3. Enhanced School Overview Dashboard Improve the Super Admin dashboard to display key school metrics, including:

B. School Admin Enhancements

1. Flexible Fee Management Add the ability to apply individual student discounts within the fee management module.

I recently tested your demo and noticed that the payment section currently supports only 4 international gateways. As a potential client from Pakistan, I’m specifically looking for either a local Pakistani payment gateway (like JazzCash or Easypaisa) or at least a manual payment verification option through local bank transfers — a feature that would also benefit users from Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.

Your features are impressive, but quite similar to the Smart School Learning Management System which is currently priced at $59 and has a larger buyer base. If you could introduce more localized payment gateway options or an admin-side manual verification system, it would make your product stand out and attract more regional buyers.

Attempting a fresh install with the latest version and can’t get the WebSocket working on this Plesk VPS server. I’ve unchecked Proxy mode in nginix settings and added some nginix directives but am still unable to access that browser. Any tips appreciated.

Both WebSocket configuration sections contain the same setup and data. This is not an additional requirement—you can follow either one of them. They are provided in different sections of the documentation for reference, but only one configuration is needed.

You have instructions for creating three (3) websocket configuration files, each named accordingly: 1. VPS Server Setup websocket is ‘websocket’. 2. How to Get Socket URL websocket is ‘laravel-websocket’. 3. The Laravel Queue instructions list a 3rd websocket ‘laravel-worker’. If I only need to create one (1) websocket under the VPS server setup naming them different leads me to think that I need a new one for each section.

You don’t need to create three different WebSocket services. The configurations mentioned in the documentation work the same way; only the names differ.

To clarify:

1. The WebSocket configuration (whether named websocket or laravel-websocket) is used for real-time features and generating the socket URL.

2. The laravel-worker configuration is not a WebSocket. It is a Supervisor worker used to keep the Laravel queue running in the background, which is required for processes like school creation.

The different names in the documentation are only for reference; the functionality remains the same.

As it creates confusion we will imporve the documentation.

1. Pakistani Clients & Localization

Yes sir, currently we have 4–5 clients from Pakistan who have already purchased and are actively using our eSchool SaaS product.

2. Payment Gateways

At present, Pakistani payment gateways (JazzCash, Easypaisa, local banks) are not directly integrated. Currently supported gateways include Razorpay, Stripe, Flutterwave, and Paystack, along with offline payment options.

However, please note that Pakistani payment gateway integration is already in our roadmap, and we are receiving similar requests from multiple clients. We are planning to add this feature in a future update.

If you need this integration urgently, we also provide customization services.

3. SMS Notifications

Currently, SMS notification service is not available by default in the product. We completely understand that SMS alerts are extremely important, especially in regions where parents may not use smartphones regularly.

This feature is also planned in our future roadmap, and we will work on adding SMS notification support in upcoming versions. Custom SMS integration can also be done on request.

4. Teacher Performance Tracking

Issues Faced in Version 1.8 Compared to 1.6 – Request for Fixes

Dear WRTeam,

I hope you’re doing well.

I recently fresh deploy eshool saas script to version 1.8 of your eSchool SaaS script, and I’ve observed that several features which were working smoothly in version 1.6 are now either missing or not functioning properly.

In version 1.6: - Schools could easily register via the Submit button on the homepage. - From the Super Admin Panel, I could: – Assign packages manually, – Edit admin details, – Send “Forget Password” emails, – Verify and manage schools manually. - Emails were being sent and delivered instantly without delay.

Now in version 1.8: - The Demo School access button is unresponsive. - Under Manage Schools in the Super Admin Panel, I only see the Delete option. – There’s no option to assign packages, – No way to view/edit admin details, – No toggle to activate/inactivate schools, – No option to send reset emails or manual verification.

These missing or broken features are affecting usability and onboarding new schools. Kindly review these issues and let me know if an update or patch is expected soon.

No cache is enabled in Laravel – Reddis don’t work at all, and memcached you have to set manually 14. Ws socket provided by company – insecure> need to setup manually wss secure socket – it is where communication occur between app and Laravel 15. Support is good ok-ok sometimes 16. Laravel wizard installer issues – on starting only> do not close and allow enable admin 17. Contact form on homepage and school sub pages are nude really, bots will scroll the page and use your SMTP email to send you emails even unless recaptcha enabled 18. SSL errors on aapanel, aapanel itself run on main ip, need to set domain manually for aa panel 19. Cloudare integration in complicated with aa panel and hosting company combination 20. Additonal Php extensions required for working, not even mentioned in documention 21. Being an expert developer, it took me 20 days to fix these issues.

Missing Modules- Live GPS tracking in buses (in beta development company says) , i have provided the company with live gps files, then hostel, mess, biometrics, gmeet modules)

✅✅ Not only this, all school ERP has same issues, but atleast eschool has lot of modern and smart features and they provide regular updates. They have seperate apps well developed if you fix bugs yourself. Also they have good support dedicated.

Student App Video Player This issue was caused by a lower version of a Video package. After upgrading to the latest version, the issue is resolved.

Homepage Animations Currently, animations are available only in the Student and Parent apps. The Staff app does not have these animations yet. This is a valid point, and we will add the same animations to the Staff app in an upcoming update.

Submit Button Issue in Teacher App This was due to Flutter version changes and syntax updates. The code has now been updated, and this issue will not occur with the latest codebase.

Exam Edit in Teacher App At present, teachers do not have permission to edit exams. Exam creation and editing are restricted to the School Admin role. Teachers can only add marks. This is the intended behavior and not a bug.

Teacher exam edit issue is in the app regarding updating marks issue, not managing exams.

I have freshly deployed your eSchool SaaS script on GBTaleem.com, and I appreciate the improvements made in the new version. However, I’m facing a few major issues that need your attention:

1. Manual Package Assignment Missing – After a school registers, I am unable to assign a package manually from the admin panel. This option was available in version 1.6 but seems to be missing now.

2. Submit Button Not Working – The “Submit” button on the homepage is unresponsive.

3. Demo School Access Button Not Working – The demo school access button on the homepage does not work or is not accessible.

4. Email Issues – Email notifications are not being delivered, despite proper email configuration (SMTP settings tested and verified).
