Hi! How do I send the video to Facebook if I can’t get access to the permanent token before they approve it?

Lot of bug and no update and support. Bug in create campaign, WhatsApp calls and Create Template. I didn’t see such buggy item and no response by author and till today it’s been 20 days, no update to fix bugs.
