Pre purchase question. when sending sms and I choose automatic sms gateway . Is the sender id customizable? Or will it just show a random number as the sending or do I have the option to customize the name I want as the sender ?
sender id customizable if you SMS provider allows to sender id then possible otherwise not

Still waiting, my issue not resolve even share the credentials and your team worked on my server and share the screenshot but day before yesterday they told me that can’t login. Also you need to update your documents as per cpanel because it was not as what we need to do.

@RadialLeaf I have reported pdf sending issue 6-months before approx, created a ticket, submitted details twice/thrice but it is not yet resolved. This is serious bug as it exposes server url which is security breach.

Please see ticket#214 & #37 opened an year ago. Added details for clarity. You can find the issue yourself by sending docs (excel, word, pdf) through API. The doc name is overrided by server url which looks bad and may lead to security breach.

I have added a Supervisor to the queue but the message is not being sent automatically.
How to make messages sent automatically?
I have tried with crontab and Supervisor but the message is sent every 1 minute
Run only one method please, and make sure supervisor is working
apply this command
sudo systemctl status supervisor or sudo supervisorctl status
and turn of crontab

I just use supervisor, crontab is disabled but it doesn’t work. why your system is set up this way? From update 3.9 to 4.1, this issue has not been resolved. You only provide updates but the issue has not been resolved.

While seding the PDFs in this file the Caption is not taken with PDF Docs. xsender-whatsapp-service/src/services/MessageService.js due to which the Captions are not going with PDFs. Also the Message Delievery was on Real Time. As of now using VPS & Database as Sender & added Supervisor Mode in whm. Now Which Queue Setting we can use which can Send Message instantly like the Sync Mode works to Send Message instantly. Because in all others, messages are taking time for the next cron.

Still, there is a problem in XSender 4.0, which does NOT send image, PDF, Audio, Video, and Document messages through the API. Only the text message is working. Please provide any solutions. Are the text and media message API endpoints the same? /api/whatsapp/send
