My intention is to integrate this into my SaaS platform so new customers can schedule a product presentation, while I can centrally manage all upcoming bookings. Is this workflow supported by the system?
First, you need to schedule the event time. After that, when you open the event calendar, you select the date and then choose the time slot. Once the time is selected, another page will open where you can create the Google Meet link. The user can then join the meeting using that link at the scheduled time.
So this is not aligned with what I actually need. I’m looking for a system where I have a public-facing calendar, clients can select a date and time, and submit an appointment request. On the backend, I should be able to approve, decline, or reschedule the request, while the client receives an automatic notification if I’m unavailable at that time.
Additionally, I should be able to define my available time slots in the admin panel—specifying from when to when appointments can be booked.
Right now, with the current setup, I’m still manually scheduling everything through Google Meet by sending out invites.
In the event listing, we provide a shareable link that you can copy and send to any customer, allowing them to book their preferred event schedule on their own.
Either I’m missing something, or I simply don’t understand how your script works. For example, I created an event here:

Seems you created event but not scheduled a slot, so it’s not displaying slots.
When the admin creates a new user and sets up their account, they must select the schedule timings.
If no timings are selected, the user’s schedule will appear empty.
To resolve this, please create a new user and make sure to set their schedule time.
Where can I test if Google Meet is working, and how can I test scheduled events?

the installation guide is not correct – can you provide better steps ? for example there is no /install endpoint. I ran php artisan migrate but now im getting Undefined array key “application_name”. there are no permission setting step for laravel which is necessary etc. please provide assistance error :Undefined array key “application_name” a better way would be to craft a comprehensive step by step installation guide your installation documentation is lacking

locally? this is supposed to go in a VPS thats why i bought it locally is not useful
You can also install it locally. If you want to avoid running the command php artisan migrate:fresh—seed, you can directly import the database/infy-cal.sql file into your database.

After much testing and being able to schedule a test appointment, I see that scheduled times are not blocked to prevent overlapping appointments. Is it correct that your platform does not control this blocking action? In other words, will users be able to make unlimited appointments at the same time?
In this system, users cannot make appointments at the same time. Schedule times are blocked to prevent overlapping appointments.

does this system have 2 way calendar sync like google and outlook if we book appointment in calendar it creates in system and vice versa?
Currently, the system supports syncing with only one calendar at a time show. it also not supports book appointment from calendar and sync with system.
Looks and sounds great. I am having a hard time seeing a real example of a booking in use. I am looking for something very simple which will take in to account my current Google calendar. Does your software read my current calendar and prevent double booking? I am trying to move from HubSpot which does a fantastic job of making sure it does not present appointment options that are already booked on Google.
Unfortunately, we not provide that read you current google calendar for the booking. When ever book your schedule it just show at you google calendar.
