So after we tested the script on a domain and removed it and wanted to move and install fresh copy on its final domain location, we are getting installation errors. We are unable to install a fresh copy on its new domain, we are told to contact support. Then we we submit an Support Ticket to inform you and send an additional email about this, we still get no feedback. Leading to this point where we now have to submit a comment to get attention. Please advise what you suggest we do next?

So I checked your documentation on possible solutions. It seems there is still a problem when script is loaded and launched. You are unable to upload and images, from both admin logos section and including Listings.
Any idea?
It just keeps saying – Upload progress
On the bottom section it shows that it start loading and then nothing.

I was able to get the one image upload item resolved by doing a fresh installation. Its the 60px by 60px image for preview that does not want to work now. So I will do some problem solving and se if I can get it fixed

If no image file is set as the logo, the name of the app is displayed as text as the logo. Sometimes in the font color red if the background is white and sometimes in the font color white if the background is “dark”. Unfortunately, however, there is no option in the settings to define a dark version of the logo, which is displayed when the header background is white (e.g. sticky)
