I’m experiencing a critical issue with the Digits license server. The verification endpoint:
https://bridge.unitedover.com/updates/verify.phpis consistently returning 500 Internal Server Error, even with the standard POST request generated by the plugin. This prevents license validation and updates on my live site.
Could you please check the endpoint on your side and confirm if there is an outage or internal error?

Since manies years, the Country Code and billing/shipping phone fields are being modified automatically: digits are removed (notably the leading zero used in our country Congo) and some numbers are randomly truncated, which prevents order validation and the sending of notifications by SMS or WhatsApp. We have been forced to disable the plugin for years.
I see that you appear to manage your plugins again. Could we please have a definitive solution to:
- Disable automatic handling of the Country Code for the billing/shipping phone fields.
- Stop any automatic transformation of phone numbers (removal or rearrangement of digits).
- remove country phone on username field

Don’t waste your time waiting for a solution if you depend on this plugin: after years without a patch, we disabled the plugin because of a persistent bug that was never resolved despite our having valid, paid support.
Clear summary:
- Support was abandoned for a long time; no resolution was provided for our issue despite an active support contract. - The plugin has been disabled for years because of the bug. - Today the vendor is asking us to renew support, even though our issue was never addressed.

We have already released a update which have a option to disable country code handling in billing phone field. We have a option to disable country code in username as well.
As mentioned previously, both of your plugins have been removed from our website.
Do you have an option to:
Disable any automatic transformation of phone numbers (such as removing or rearranging digits)?
We tested on version 8.6.3.9. Same problem when updating a customer number. The country code fields are messing things up. Your plugin breaks the user number.
Some digits are removed from the number and moved into the country code field. They remove the leading 0 from the number in certain cases. It adds a country code field in front of the username field, which for us is automatically the customer number.
I honestly think you did not read the issue because your update does not help much, and given the number of negative comments, I understand that you don’t really care.

We are encountering an issue related to the automatic handling of the country code that is disrupting our customer data. Despite our tests, the behavior persists and prevents normal use of the site.
Context and reproduction
We have already checked the relevant option and carried out tests. To reproduce: use the test number +242051470001 → open a customer profile, make a random change in the customer record, then click Save.
If you refresh the record you will see that the number becomes random depending on the fields (shipping, billing, etc.).

Trust must be rebuilt and you are doing nothing to regain your customers’ confidence. This problem dates back five years; we still have the old email exchanges on the same subject.

Yes, we do support OTP verification in checkout. You need a gateway to use with Digits. We are adding our own WhatsApp gateway very soon

Thanks for reply can i make WhatsApp otp The owner can provide the code, but if the customer does not have WhatsApp or the application is uninstalled and the code is not sent to the WhatsApp number, an SMS will be sent
As of now, there is no official way of knowing it, but it can be achieved via some workaround. We are working on it.

1. Have you enabled email verification required? If yes, they will see a message which says to verify email before logging in, it will also have a option of resend in it. Also, if the user logins via Email OTP, the email will be verified automatically. 2. When you want to send email notification to user when email/phone verification is successful? Will it be after user signup?

It seems that the plugin has been reactivated and has constant changes. I remember a while ago it seemed to be forgotten, it’s a good sign that everything is going well. I have been buying the plugin for my sites but I have a proposal. Now that the plugin has enough time and maturity we can suggest changes, I would like an aesthetic change. We have a long time with “Native Form Style” already obsolete, an alternative design change would be nice. The incorporation to the woocommerce blocks for the checkout and the possibility to change the typography.
