Bulk payment is different from Bulk PaySlip. PaySlip is document that is given to employee after their salary have been paid that analyze how their salary is structured, show details about any deduction. Organization usually send out this document to all employee. It is better to be able to send the document once to their email based on the employee data input which should contain their email.
It is outdated for an organization to send PaySlip to employee individually. Payslip is one of the backbone of HRM System, and I discovered that your system does not even have anything like payslip. That means, no option to send payslip to employee at all not to talk of sending it in bulk. Can you look into this payslip and let me know what you think about it.

We’re encountering an issue where the documentation references a different version than what’s currently available for download on their site. The version offered is outdated and fails to download due to server connection issues.
It appears they’re not using their server to provide updates—instead, they require users to pay for installation. This raises a valid concern: why should I have to pay to install something I’m fully capable of installing myself?

The input field for the purchase key is currently set to type=”number”. Impact:
Purchase keys typically contain both letters and numbers.
With type="number", any alphabetic characters are rejected, triggering a validation error.
This prevents users from entering valid purchase keys, blocking access to certain features or verification steps.

Dependency on Existing PeoplePro Installation: The documentation instructs users to click on the “Go to Install” button for PeoplePro SaaS within the PeoplePro application. However, this step cannot be completed if the existing PeoplePro installation and database are deleted, as instructed earlier in the documentation.
Contradictory Steps: The instructions to “Delete your previous database” and “Delete the project folder and reinstall it” contradict the requirement to access installation options from within the existing PeoplePro application.
These contradictory instructions create an impossible situation for users attempting to install PeoplePro SaaS as a standalone application.
Steps Followed: Deleted the previous PeoplePro database. Deleted the existing PeoplePro project folder. Uploaded the PeoplePro SaaS files to the public_html directory. (Merge??) Set up a new database and updated the .env file with new credentials. Attempted to access the installation script but found no standalone installation path. This oversight in the documentation makes it impossible to complete the installation process.
Request: Please provide corrected and clear instructions for installing PeoplePro SaaS as a standalone application without relying on an existing PeoplePro installation. If there is a direct installation script that can be accessed via a URL (e.g., https:// domain.com/install), please include this in the documentation.
If this issue cannot be resolved promptly, I will need to request a full refund due to the inability to install and use the software as advertised.

I bought PeoplePro and the PeoplePro SaaS as required to work together. There are separate documentations for both, but the documentation for PeoplePro SaaS is outdated and lacks useful information.
Where is the documentation to install this SaaS as standalone? There is no clear information to install as a new installation. The current documentation only addresses those who already have an old installation. Please provide the necessary documentation urgently, otherwise, I will request a full refund from Envato and PayPal.
Do not ask me for my username, password, or server environments. I need just clear documentation, and I will follow it to complete the installation myself. Also, do not ask me to open a support ticket (like old posts suggesting contacting through support).
This complaint is about missing information in the Envato downloaded documentation. As a developer, you know that project documentation needs to follow at least basic quality guidelines. This will be my last gentle advice.
