Hello, we have been using your plugin for a while, and we’ve run into an issue with the storage quota. The cleaner function does not seem to be working — even after running it, the quota usage does not decrease.
I found that the files are stored in the media folder (are there any other possible locations?). How can we debug this issue and identify what is causing the quota not to go down?
Thank you.
Hi,
Yes, files are stored in the media, so they can also be deleted manually eventually.
I’ve performed some tests on the cleaner, and it seems ok. It properly deletes the files. Ensure to be properly using the “Date” field. It deletes files older than the data you specify (so if you set today, it will delete all files). To be sure it works: just check an order older than the set day, and you should no longer see the attached files.
Try enabling the WordPress debug log and debug mode, and after running a test, see if in the debug.log (located in the wp-content folder) are reported more clues.
Hello, would you please update the plugin?
Hello,
For what reason exactly? It is fully working and doesn’t require any updates.
This plugin doesn’t work. I asked for support, but I don’t have time to do the extensive troubleshooting you suggested of disabling all the plugins and re-enabling one by one until I find out why your plugin isn’t compatible. Please provide a refund. Thanks
The plugin, as can be tested in the demo site, is a fully working environment without any issues.
In your case, something is interfering; troubleshooting is required to find the cause and help you avoid it. You should eventually ask for a refund from the 3rd party causing the issue. The authors cannot be held responsible for 3rd party interferences.
When trying to upload an attachment in the Order page and I click the button “Add an new attachment,” the loading symbol keeps spinning and nothing happens. How can I fix this?
To fix it, you need to know the cause. Try giving a look to the browser error console to see if any further clue is reported. Try disabling the other third-party plugins to see if any of them are interfering. If so, re-enable one by one until you find the interfering one.
Hello, I just tried this product and it didn’t meet expectations. How can I get my money back?
Hi, I need a refund on this. Nothing works. Everything disabled, theme uninstalled. Firefox, chrome, safari. Nothing.
Thank you
If you send me via private message (click on my name and then use the lower-right box) the following data:
- your email address
- full admin access to the wp-admin area
- FTP access
- A detailed step-by-step guide on how to experience the issue
I can perform some further tests to see if it is possible to determine the cause.
NOTE: all the requested points are mandatory, do not forget to report any of them.
Alternatively, to understand if the issue is actually caused by a plugin malfunctioning, try using the following clean installation https://codecanyondemo.work/wcfa/wp-admin/ (user: demo, pass: demo) to recreate our scenario, and report to me how to experience the issue.
I have disabled and uninstalled the plugin. Please proceed with refund as I will use direct client notes instead. I don’t have time to find and research as we have an e-com running and orders getting in.
Can’t add attachment to order.
The button loads but nothing shows up.
Without any further clues, it is quite hard to determine the cause. Try looking at the browser error console to see if further info is reported in there.
Try also disabling the other plugins; one of them might be interfering.
Can’t activate plugin in wp-backend
Try using a fully HTML5 compliant browser like Chrome or Firefox
Yes, I am using Chrome.
But the plugin doesn’t register in WP Backend.
Try disabling the other plugins; maybe one of them is interfering.
Just to exclude any Chrome glitch, try also using Firefox.
Worked on Safari.
Maybe you guys need to work on that! Seems like a recuring problem…
Unfortunately, Safari isn’t the most compatible browser. In the past, it had some glitches and bugs that could not be fixed by JavaScript end. This is why it is not officially supported.
The activation problem usually occurs when not using Chrome or Firefox, not the contrary.
Sorry, also this plugin…i insert purchase code but system says me it is incorrect.
Please help me…i need to use it and specially ticket’s one.
Tnx a lot
p.s. Ticket plugin same error (purchase code not valid) Attach me WORKS (purchase code correct).
I not understand why…can you please help me? Tnx a lot
The activation module is the same. To have further assistance with the other plugin, please follow the instructions reported in the other comment.
Hello, I purchased your plugin but the activation doesn’t work, and I can’t navigate your documentation to see if I’m missing something
Hello,
I’m sorry, what do you mean it is not working? Please ensure you are using a fully HTML5 compliant browser like Chrome or Firefox
I’m building a site for a client who already has an active website for their business. I’m building a new one which will replace the old one, but during the development process, in order for them to see the site, I had to upload it to an alternate domain. Now I’m unable to activate this plugin on the correct domain it says that my license is invalid and cannot be deregistered. Never in my life have I encountered a piece of software that cannot be deregistered. DO i really have to purchase multiple liceses just to develop one website? I won’t ever want to use this on the domain it’s registered to cause it’s only meant to be temporary.
The Envato usage license policy allows you to use the software in only one end product (website) at a time. This means that licenses cannot be transferred from one product to another.
Once you register a domain, the associated domain uniquely identifies the website that will become the end product for which you are licensed to use the software.
However, the plugin activation system allows you to activate the license on two domains (the second one should be for testing purposes). On each domain, you can activate unlimited subdomains and subfolders.
If you have used all of these options, you will need to purchase another license to comply with the Envato usage policy.
Hello, is it possible to have the approval sent out as a SMS?
Hello,
I’m sorry it is not possible.
No way of viewing, creating, or updating file approvals via woocommerce’s rest API?
I’m sorry, the plugin hasn’t such a feature.
Of course why would there be? Silly me.
Hi there, do you have a document that I can look through before I buy the plugin?
Hi,
All the information is on the plugin description page after the infographic. You can also fully test its features via its demo site!
Is there any way to have an upsell feature within the customers approval process? For instance… lets say that you upload a custom file for the user to approve before a print is made of the file, they approve it and then they are given an option to order additional prints of this approved file by having a “buy additional prints” button added to the order screen. This then takes them to a product that is setup with additional print options and takes note of the original order number as reference.
Hi,
no the plugin hasn’t such a feature. But if you send me a private message (click on my name then use the low-right box) reporting your email and mockups of the scenario you have in mind, I can try to understand its feasibility and give you a quotation.
Hi there,
I’m encountering an issue with the [order_url] shortcode in customer emails. When the customer clicks the link, the URL is displayed as http//https//domain.com/checkout/... instead of https://..., causing the link to break. Could you assist me in resolving this issue?
Thank you!
Hi,
ensure you are using the latest plugin version and that the a link was created properly: https://nimb.ws/9BljRCF
For further assistance, you need to renew your support license.
Ok thank you for some reason I did not see your earlier response
.
Hi there, pre-purchase question…this plugin sounds like it will solve my online print business. I need to send customers artwork to approve before we print their order.
Is there a clearer step by step process showing what the user sees and what the Shop Manager sees? If you have a video that would be great.
I’m sorry, but I have no video to share. But, the plugin has a demo site where you can fully test its workflows:
https://www.codecanyondemo.work/wcfa/wp-admin (Shop admin account) user: demo pass: demo (Customer account) user: demo1 pass: demo
You can place an order with the customer account and then (maybe logging in with another browser) log in using the admin account, so you can see what both ends are seeing.
You can also have a look at the plugin Settings and Texts menu!
Why do you do unethical business practices to renew support? I downloaded the latest version and it is 10.6 only. There is a new version of WooCommerce File Approval available. View version 10.7 details or update now.
The latest plugin version are available once approved by Envato. This might require days, it is not an instant process.
If you want to skip that process, you could optionally use the embedded updater. It just requires a valid support license, that costs few dollars and is tax deductible. The support license renewal keep the plugin development alive, supporting me and my family.
