Can this software work offline up to 7 days and sync data back online later when the internet is restored?
We haven’t tested this approach, but it should work. You can’t log out of the system before syncing those offline orders as well. However, we suggest not to depend on the offline functionality forever, as it is only temporary. If your internet is down, you don’t have to hold the sale and place offline orders.

Yes, if you lost the internet connection in between your sales, your order will be created as offline, and once your internet is back, you can sync those orders back to online with the “Custom/Manual Stock” inventory mode in our plugin.

Thanks for quick answer, one last question since this is not a native app and it uses browser on iOS or Android how can I connect it with a Bluetooth printer since you don’t have settings to connect/set up printers? and can you customize the layout of the pos on the mobile version, I don’t like the fact that the items on the cart are hidden, because you can’t see what’s in on the cart unless you click on the menu and click on cart, cart should be visible IMO.
The printer connection is done by the browser end only, and our POS just uses the connected printer in the browser to print, so it should work. You can also check this on our live demo.
Regarding the layout, we can achieve the layout you want via customization for you.

You can ask your vendor to pay for the license. You can also take any amount from your vendor or a monthly or annual subscription for this and provide him/her with the license to use the POS.

We have a local storefront that features multiple vendor products in our store. We have WFCM installed – this allows us to feature multiple products from multiple vendors on WooCommerce – this way when a customer visits our online website they can add multiple products from multiple vendors and checkout one time – this way they are shopping on our online marketplace from multiple vendors.
We want to do the same thing for our retail store. In our retail store – we feature products from multiple vendors – and we have 1 POS system – 1 outlet in the store – how can we add multiple products from multiple vendors to 1 outlet?

The whole point of having a POS connected to the marketplace plugin is to allow the website owner to checkout customers using POS similar to when customers shop on the website.

Originally I was hoping this feature already included in the POS. You have so many features listed that I figured the feature to select products from marketplace vendors to feature in one outlet for walk in customers was included because in the real world situation all local marketplace needs this feature to function.
Without this we can not track commission to multiple vendors when checking out using POS in retail store – our retail store is setup like a marketplace featuring multiple vendor products in one space.
Without this feature the store outlet can not keep track of commission for products that belong to our vendors because each vendor product only shows in vendor outlet – we need store outlet to allow to show vendor products. This only needs to be available to POS for marketplace admin – not for marketplace vendors.

I’ve been using your system for a while and love it. I have a question, though. For an upcoming event, I want to streamline the process at the cashier to avoid long lineups. My idea is to use an iPad where one person can take orders from people waiting in line and put these orders on hold. This way, when the person reaches the cashier, their order is already prepared and can be quickly processed.
However, I’m concerned that the “hold” function might be local to the device. Even if the cashier’s computer and the iPad are logged into the same account, they don’t see to share the held orders?
Is there a way to ensure that the held orders on the iPad are accessible on the cashier’s computer?
Any guidance on how to accomplish this would be greatly appreciated.

The link directed me here and I was surprised to see the low sales despite its existence for two years. This led me to wonder if the plugin was not working correctly. I started reading the description and I believe I understood something. For more certainty, I would like you to provide me with additional details regarding this statement:
“All WCFM vendors require a separate purchase code to activate the point of sale on their end, which administrators can purchase and bill to their vendors.”
How do I pay for a license for each vendor on the WCFM platform?

Also, is there a POS system or an inventory system? I found a POS system for WordPress that basically just let you use a cash option where you can accept cash just like you’re running a cash drawer at that location. Does your application have anything like that to where they can accept cash but run it through the system and check out and print a receipt? Basically it’s just a cash drawer on the website from what I’ve seen on the other apps and the person who’s logged in would be a cashier and they would just have to accept the money and then all the stuff of course is logged in the order history.
