Is there an update for the plugin, developer? We are now in 2026 and the plugin was released in 2023; there haven’t been any updates or improvements to the plugin.

We have recently released a new version of PrediX (for Perfex CRM), and we are now finalizing the next SynthAI release for RISE CRM.
The upcoming SynthAI update will include similar improvements/features, adapted for RISE CRM.

I guess it would have helped if I bought the right product… I thought it was for Perfex and it’s for Rise CRM…. it it possible to exchange for the Perfex version? so sorry about the confusion everyone.

No, those specific features (searching, analyzing and evaluating each member’s customer data, projects, reports and work) are not supported in this product. SynthAI focuses on AI-assisted chat and content generation within RISE CRM, but it does not perform per-member performance analytics of that kind.

I mean, it’s been about 11 months since your last update, so a customer will obviously ask if there is an update. Especially, as the models you support are outdated now. There are plenty of newly released models, hence my question. But it seems you want to avoid such questions.

it would be better to allow ctr+enter option and instead of being a textfield to be a text area the chatgpt there.
The image creator is mostly useless btw. it does not work mostly.
