I want to install the application locally before moving it to a live server, but unfortunately the purchased code is not working. I have licensed it on your website, but it is still not working…what am I doing wrong ??
You can register your local domain first, then you can reset it later when installing in a live domain.
When you change the logo, it doesn’t work…is there a way I can do that?

Make the script universal so that it can be used for different events. For example, handling event guest access or registration with option to send them RQ codes to be scanned at the entrance.
Limiting your script to employee visitor pass, will limit your sales because very few companies are ready to invest in getting to know who came to visit an employee at work.
The focus is always on how to generate more money and there, making it possible for a company to send out or generate event access RQ codes or event guest registration will make it more beneficial
Anyways, if you are open to ideas, then your script is yet to become a big thing here. keep on improving it

The software should have the ability to customize input fields, both visitor and pr-visitor. Input fields can be added or removed.
We do not have this feature.

I’ve tested the updated version of the script and the same critical issues persist:
It’s incorrectly changing the visitor’s country code when been here before option is being used.
It prompts the visitor to retake their photo unnecessarily when you make use of been here before .
It throws the error: “Attempt to assign property ‘first_name’ on null.”
Please re-upload a corrected version as soon as possible. This is important and needs immediate attention.

I want to know if this system allows several companies located in the same location to manage and administer their visits. A medical center with 80 medical offices needs to manage patient records. There’s a reception desk that will register and verify patients. Can your system work like this?
No, it won’t work in your case. It doesn’t have any branch system.

In the demo (app demo), I can’t see the printable card with the visitor’s ID and data. How can I see it?
You have to search via Visitor ID.
please add the feature to manage the field of check-in. of following the fileds not useful: Phone, Gender, National Identification No, Purpose, Address. is there a way to disable / make hidden ?
