Here are the issues explanation: 1. When I change the product type the price doesn’t get updated.
2.The field I created is Carbonless Forms. I defined some fields in it. INK should be connected to COLOR OF FORM so when the customer select the ink to be color, instead of black, the COLOR OF FORM field appears. The same should happen with NUMBERING and COLOR OF NUMBERING, NUMBER START, and NUMBERING LOCATION.

When selecting the variables that an option would be active for, the variables are not showing, just the primary name of the product, replicated. So there’s no way to just select a portion of the product variations because there’s no way to tell which is which. Can I please have a refund.

I replied to your email multiple times now and understand that there was a fix in a recent update. However, it took about ten days for the original reply and I have already found an alternative solution.
In your latest email response you’ve refused a refund in part because I didn’t reply here – despite the request for me to email you directly, so in summary…
I feel that this plugin is not well supported and I was forced to look elsewhere for a solution and a refund is being denied.

DO NOT purchase this plugin. I found a glitch, notified them of the issue and patiently waited for replies and followed protocol, and after ten days of no answer, I used a different plugin. And am REFUSED a refund.

With the TextSwitcher field, you can display the text options you’ve added from the admin side on the front end. For example, if you create a TextSwitcher field with options like ABC and DEF, those options will be shown as switchable text on the product page.

I find these issues with this plugin. I need these basic features work for my website. Could you help fix it please,
1. I check the option “Hide Addon Details” and it doesn’t remain checked. If I refresh the page it appears unchecked again. So I can’t choose this option. 2. Custom fields appear among the other fields that come by default in WooCommerce. I would need them to go to the end, not the middle. 3. When using the text field, having set the maximum length to 25 and allowing only “text and number”. I test in the frontend by writing any message that meets the mentioned requirements, then it gives me the following error: “Only text and numbers are allowed”

Hello Thank you for your work on this plugin. I have an issue with formating the checkbox items. I the examples images under “Get started” all check box items are nicely listed below each other. Hi, I have purchased your plugin but I am having issues when it comes to pricing as well as adding to cart.
1, In the price options of extras, any amont that exceeds 999 is just added as 1.
2, When I select ‘add to cart’ – nothing happens but if i refresh the page, the resubmission adds to cart.
3, When added to cart, none of the addon extras are visible in the cart and none of the pricing is effected in the cart either.
There are some other issues but I beleiev that they will be resolved if these issues are fixed. If you can email me I will provide you with the staging url so that you can see the issues.
