Hi, How do I reset my inventory items, stock to zero, I want to reset and start afresh. The entries that are there is dont want them.

I want to know how this module works. If I already bought a universal module, do I need to buy this one to complement it? i have WORKSUITE – HR, CRM and Project Management

Please explain what Tabletrack is. I thought it was the same as Worksuite.

Hello, in our restaurant system, ingredient prices change frequently. For a product like a burger that has a recipe (bread, tomato, meat, etc.), are we saving the calculated ingredient cost at the time of sale inside the sale item record?
I want to ensure that when ingredient prices change later, old receipts and profit calculations do not change.
There is a recipe option, you can create recipes for the modifiers also. The calculation happens according to that.
i didnt find out where for example tomato today prices purchase from supplier for 0.3 dollar tomorrow its 0.5 nextweek its 0.4 so changable daily prices how to handle in calculation of reports ?

First of all I would like to thank you Development Team and Ajay for the wonderful product.
What I Found missing IMP* features as of now in your provided Demo are listed below,
1) While adding inventory items, selecting a supplier should not be mandatory. Alternatively, it should allow multiple preferred suppliers for a single item. Currently, when creating a Purchase Order based on a supplier, the system only lists items linked to that specific supplier. This setup restricts each item to a single supplier, which is not practical — as in real scenarios, a single item can be purchased from multiple suppliers.
2) There are no tax details (GST Tax Details) available for inventory items in the purchase module, unlike in the sales items module. The system should include GST tax fields for purchase entries as well.
3) There is no Invoice Details for Purchase Order
4) Supplier wise Purchase reports needed.

Please do consider this request because this restrict to specific supplier to purchase the item every time we make purchase, not every time we will order same item from same vendors, so it should allow us to choose different vendors for every items when we make purchase order.

Batch inventory is used in case where the item is made in bulk and but given to the customer on quantity basis.
Like Tea can be made in litres, but will be given to customer on per cup basis

hello i want to ask for example i have warehouse and i want to send order for warehouse i have to get me some of items from warehouse to my restaurant then i can also add what items i recieved from this warehouse and how much left and sometimes for faster way i want to search by barcode or scan barcode is this possible or how to do it like i dont purcahse it from supplier from warehouse it self

I mean usually Restaurant prepare some items as ready to serve and keep it in stock, let say Biriyani . So Inventory should have ‘Prepare Item’ option where they can create certain number of menu item and keep those items as stock and let the stock get reduced based on order invoices
This way it would be much usefull for waiter to check how many servings left. As well to calculate COGS on the fly so that restaurant give discount to items if products are sold a certain number

Hi sir, I put a item in inventory but i cant see on that item for order in main website. How to connect properly so inventory item should reflect on main website.
Inventory items are raw materials. on main site it shows menu items. You have to create the recipes for menu items using inventory items

Is there a way to enter a weekly inventory count for all ingredients of all products in your inventory module on a weekly basis to track stock levels and ensure accurate supply management?
