Hello, no you can’t transfer licence . We also observed that you have regular licence of our module whatsbot , but you are using it with saas version, that is licence violation, kindly purchase extended licence if you want to use with perfex saas.
Whatsmark saas contains everything, plan, package, subscription etc….

there is no any limit. you can do change in code whatever you want to do. we are providing full source code.

How does the activation happen?is it something you do deliberately that i need to be aware of? and also why do you do it?
Activation is automatic and security-controlled. You only need to enter correct Envato username, purchase code, and the domain where the script is installed. Please avoid repeatedly trying with incorrect details. Continuous failed attempts may trigger our firewall and temporarily block your IP. This is a standard security measure to prevent abuse and unauthorized usage. We collect the Envato username, purchase code, and activated domain strictly to verify that: You are a genuine buyer The script is used as per Envato license terms The same license is not being misused across multiple domains This process helps us protect legitimate customers and maintain the integrity and security of the product. No manual intervention is done unless there is a verification issue.

Whilst i understand this explanation. Why was my license stoped suddenly? I have been engaging with your support team and everything was working fine, Till now i abruptly am required to re-enter the license once again. Hence reason am asking will it be done often? Havent you verified everythign is ok so that i dont get this inconvenience again

Hi, this is a pre-purchase question. When i purchase the extended license to use on my saas platform, will all the tenants be required to have business accounts with meta? or how will they be able to have their settings done?
yes. all tenants require they waba id and valid mobile number to register. after that they may able send / receive messges.

This is a bug report.
I updated from version 4.0 to 4.0.1 and then to 4.1.0 without any issues. However, when updating from 4.1.0 to 4.1.1, it shows “Invalid license information,” even though I entered the correct license and username.

This is not a bug — it is an intentional security mechanism. Please do not attempt to test or probe our license verification portal. We can see multiple entries associated with your username, including requests made via curl.
make sure you are using correct purchase code and valid usename. if you need any help then you can ask to our tech. team.
If it’s not a bug, I’ll try tomorrow after 24 hours. And since you able to see from your portal, I assume you able to see I did input the correct license and username. But I got no idea why still got the error. So I will just wait for 24hrs later then try again.
It works well but you will require extended licence as per envato licensing policy

If multiple WhatsApp numbers are activated in the system, when saving or storing the name of a person who sent a message from WhatsApp number 1, will it show that the message came from WhatsApp number 1?
Similarly, is it possible to track the source of a client for any WhatsApp number when more than one number is active?
I want to make sure it’s possible to identify which WhatsApp number each client’s message came from.

no you can’t do that. numbers can be save centrally not based on which your number is activated.

No. If you are using with saas add-on then you will require extended license.
