You should add this. Also there is no option to search customer by phone number on pos screen and add sale. Please bring this option too.

Hello, We are using your “Stocky – Ultimate Inventory with POS” system. We noticed that while adding a Customer or Supplier, there is no option to enter the Company Name.

For our business requirements, it is important to store the company name for both customers and suppliers.

We kindly request you to update the software and add the following field:

Company Name (optional / required)

Please enable this field in both:

Add Customer form

Add Supplier form

This feature is very important for our business workflow. Thank you very much for your support!

Hello, i accounting, can we assign account to a specific warehouse each ware house have it is awn bank account and it is not safe to have to select all time from many list because there an be mistake. so can we assign account to any warehouse we want, possibility also to assign multiple account to one warehouse.

Currently, this option isn’t available, but we understand the need to assign specific bank accounts to each warehouse — and even link multiple accounts to one warehouse — to avoid mistakes during selection.

We will review this request and try to add it in a future update if we receive more similar requests from our buyers.

I hope you are doing well. I would like to request a few important improvements for the next release:

1. Percentage Discount on Entire Invoice

Currently, the system allows item-wise discounts in fixed/percentage format, but the invoice-level discount only supports fixed amounts.

Please add an option to apply a selected (%) percentage discount on the entire invoice.

This is a must-have feature for many businesses.

2. VAT Percentage Setup in Settings

Right now, VAT can only be set at the product level, which requires adding VAT individually for every item.

Please add a feature in the Settings to configure multiple VAT percentages, such as:

VAT 10%

VAT 15%

One VAT percentage should be selectable as default.

During billing, we should be able to switch between VAT percentages or remove VAT for specific cases.

When adding items to the cart, the default VAT rate should apply automatically unless changed manually.

These features will significantly improve billing flexibility and reduce manual work.

Based on my personal use & 60+ client feeback of mine I’m preparing a full software audit report with the features needed & improvement list from dashboard to report sections.

Hello, it would be great if your software could manage products with serial numbers. This means not only checking if they have a serial number, but also capturing and differentiating sales and inventory by serial number. It would also be beneficial to incorporate the management of pharmacy-specific products, prompting for specific information such as expiration date and prescription/over-the-counter availability. This would allow your software to reach a wider retail market. Thank you.

There is still an issue when editing a sales record at app/sales/edit. The changes cannot be saved, and both the retail and wholesale price fields are missing. Please take another look and fix this issue. Thank you. (v5.3)

Hello, I liked what you’re doing, but I have a problem: when I select RTL mode and then refresh the page, I have to select RTL again. Is there a quick solution so that all pages are always in RTL mode and don’t change when navigating or refreshing the page?

Hello, does your script use Vue 3.X or Vue 2.X? If it uses Vue 2.X, do you have plans to upgrade it to 3.X? Also, when will you release the version with SaaS and POS features that supports temporary offline operation (synchronization in case of internet failure)?

Our script currently uses Vue 2. We may upgrade to Vue 3 in the future. The SaaS version will be available soon—within 1–2 months maximum. Offline sync will be included in the next release, which will be published within 10 days.

Thanks, Regarding the POS system’s offline operation and synchronization with the central database upon reconnection, a problem arises (this has happened to me with other POS systems) that if there are multiple terminals, there is a risk of overstocking since there is usually no communication between the terminals, unless you provide a method for the terminals to query each other during disconnections or some temporary local database transparent to users.

When sending email, it shows a toast message with this text: Send.TitleEmail How can I fix this and show proper response message?

I see has options to upload modules, this means we need to purchase some separate modules?

At the moment, we are focused on keeping everything all-in-one for all our buyers. We cannot confirm yet whether we will add separate paid add-ons in the future, but for now there is no need to purchase any extra modules.

Thank you for the clarification, I have some questions: for woocommerce sync only syncs products not sales? For example a sale on woocommerce be reflected also in your script? Also if enable woocommerce, can I disable your store? Can the store be installed in a domain or only as is currently in demo?

I’m interested in its subscription product feature, as I offer digital products (host cPanel) that are renewed annually, every six months, and monthly.

My question is, on the expiration date of the subscribed product, will the system send my client a reminder via email (with the invoice) or SMS?

Yes, the system will send the client a reminder on the expiration date by SMS.

Add custom SMS API Integration not just the fixed few you have added, there are thousands of SMS providers all has HTTP APIs…so make it possible to add.

Also, make the system fully sms compliant by making all Phone Number fields international format, to ensure effective delivery of SMS, becuase currently if phone number is not entered in international format SMS will fail. so making it international format from code will be helpful.

also Add product history for seeing product specific puchase and salses records…for this you can add an Action item at product list for “History” then a page opens with history of purchase tab and sales tab well paginated.

Hello, in your sw: a) I can use a bluetooth printer ? b) What are the requirements for using scales? Does the scale need to print QR code tickets, or does its software accept automatic monitoring with scales that allow it to capture the weight?

Hi, Here are the details based on how Stocky works:

a) Bluetooth Printer Stocky supports printing through browser printers only (thermal printers connected by USB or LAN).

Bluetooth printers are not supported, because browsers do not allow direct Bluetooth printing.

b) Scales Integration Stocky works with barcode/label printing scales. The scale must: Print a barcode label that includes the weight inside the barcode. When you scan the label in POS, Stocky automatically reads the weight and applies it to the product. Stocky does not support direct live scale monitoring or real-time weight reading from the scale software. The scale must generate a barcode ticket that includes the encoded weight.

Can Stocky Handle this siutation:

I have a box of drinks of 4 bottles. If someone buys the whole box, I sell it for say 20 dollars but if you buy a single bottle, i Sell it for 7 dollars.
