I have a question: I tried to login as a user. Place an order. Select the internal wallet which is a bit tricky to select it to pay with. Then I placed the order. I went in the seller panel and I see the order with incorrect information. It says that it would be paid with cash. I think this can make confusion both on the delivery boy and the seller. The delivery boy will go to get money, while arrived the man will tell him that he had already pay. Then the seller will claim that it does not appear to be paid.

After extensive use of the 6Valley applications (User, Seller, and Delivery), we would like to share several functional and UX/UI improvement suggestions to enhance usability, efficiency, and overall user experience.
1️⃣ General UI modernization
Although the applications are functional and already support light and dark modes, the overall design feels slightly outdated compared to modern e-commerce app standards.
Suggestions:
Refresh key UI components (product cards, buttons, headers)
Improve spacing and visual hierarchy
Modernize the interface while keeping the existing light and dark modes
2️⃣ Discount badge / bar too large
The discount badge or bar is sometimes too large, partially covering the product image, especially on smaller screens.
Suggestions:
Reduce the size of the discount badge
Use a smaller corner badge (e.g. “-20%”)
Add an admin option to customize or disable the discount badge
3️⃣ Price display issues (bold text & currencies)
Prices are displayed in very bold text, which affects readability. Additionally, for currencies with large numbers (XOF, NGN, UGX, IDR, etc.), prices can become truncated or overlap UI elements.
Suggestions:
Use semi-bold instead of bold for prices
Dynamically adjust font size based on currency length
Allow automatic line wrapping or abbreviated formats (e.g. 120K, 1.2M)
4️⃣ Easier registration for delivery partners (third-party)
Currently, the delivery registration flow is less accessible compared to seller registration.
Suggestions:
Allow third-party users to register directly to request delivery partner access, similar to the “Become a Seller” process
Add a clear “Become a Delivery Partner” option in the user app and website
Provide a simple admin approval workflow
5️⃣ Quick product duplication (Seller App / Admin)
Duplicating products currently requires navigating through multiple menus, which slows down product management.
Suggestions:
Add a “Duplicate Product” button directly in the product list
Enable one-click duplication with editable fields afterward
Significantly improve seller productivity, especially for similar products

❗ Critical Issue with the Multilingual System
The current system requires merchants to manually enter product information in every language enabled on the website.
In practice, if a website is configured with 10 languages, the merchant must:
Enter the product title in 10 different languages
Enter the product description in 10 different languages
This represents an excessive, unrealistic, and inefficient workload, especially for marketplaces or sellers with large product catalogs.
Why this is a serious problem:
Multilingual support becomes a burden instead of a benefit
The more languages enabled, the harder product management becomes
Non-multilingual sellers are penalized
It discourages international expansion
A multilingual website should not require full manual input for every language.
What is expected from a modern multilingual system:
1️⃣ Single primary input language
Merchants should enter product data in one main language only (e.g. French or English)
2️⃣ Automatic translation
Other languages should be generated automatically
Merchants can manually adjust translations if needed
3️⃣ Secondary languages should never be mandatory
Only the primary language should be required to publish a product
4️⃣ Behavior similar to WooCommerce

Scalable even with 10+ languages
Conclusion
Requiring manual input for every language defeats the purpose of a multilingual system. A true multilingual platform should simplify product management, not complicate it.

This app has a major flaw. While I understand it’s English-first, claiming it is multilingual is misleading if I am still forced to enter product fields in English despite having Italian set as my default. If I choose to work in Italian, the English requirement should be removed. You shouldn’t advertise it as multilingual if English is always mandatory.
Sir,English is added as the default language in the system. You can add other multiple languages and also set any of them as the default language. However, English cannot be removed from the system.

Good day, I hope you are doing well. I would like to inform you about an important issue we are currently facing in the POS section.
At the moment, our POS section is getting linked with another store’s POS section, which is causing customer information, order lists, and cart data to mix between stores. As a result, incorrect information is appearing in front of customers, and the billing system is facing serious confusion.
Main Issues:
Products or orders that should only appear in our store’s POS are being shared with another store.
Customer & Cart Data is shifting from one store to another.
When two stores bill customers at the same time, the data is conflicting.
This is a critical issue for our business and requires an immediate solution.
Kindly look into this matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
