I am interested in purchasing Sociopro and would like to clearly understand ALL monetization options available in the system before buying.
I understand that memberships are supported, but I would like to know the full list of every way the platform can generate revenue.
Could you please confirm:
1. All built-in monetization methods available for the admin (subscriptions, paid ads, marketplace fees, fundraising fees, event payments, etc.).
2. Whether the admin can earn money from user-to-user activities such as: - marketplace sales between users - fundraising campaigns - paid promotions or boosted posts - event tickets or bookings - any other paid user features
3. For each of these, please confirm whether the system allows the admin to automatically take a commission or platform fee.
Since I have not purchased the item yet, I do not have a purchase code. Please let me know the correct email or support channel for pre-sale questions if this is not the right place to ask.

3. Commission / platform fees: The system allows the admin to earn commission from paid advertisement content.

We have carefully reviewed your tickets and found that multiple tickets were created regarding similar issues. In several cases, when our support team requested file or server access to properly investigate the problem, the required access details were not provided. In other cases where access was shared, our team could not locate the installation files on the server and therefore requested updated domain or correct file path information. Unfortunately, we did not receive further response after that.

• Do you offer an installation and full configuration service for the platform? • Can you assist with setting up monetization features such as memberships, paid content, subscriptions, marketplace commissions, or similar revenue models? • Which payment gateways and monetization modules are officially supported and tested? • If paid setup assistance is available, do you provide a fixed-price deployment option?

- Option to import content from other social media networks like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X would be a superb, unique feature that can be an addon or part of the application.
- Scheduling Post to be posted at the time specified.
- AI Image generator and text for posting
- Add buy me coffee or tipping feature where users can tip
- Add a podcast/audio section where users can upload podcasts/music as a single or album with an image cover and market them with the admin makes a commission.
- Add a section for coaches where they can sign up and provide advice with the option of personal advice with a subscription and they can make money from it.
- Add a section to share or build a shopping list and food recipes and ideas with calories.
- Add a section to set up bookings for tours, barbers, and tickets with commission for admin
- Add auctions or bidding to the marketplace where the community can bid for items. So seller can sell item or set it as a bid for users
Here are some ideas to enhance the social platform.

I am experiencing numerous issues with your system, and despite sending multiple emails, I have not received any response. Here are the critical problems I am facing:
Live Streaming Issues: After adding the keys and starting a live stream, the video does not appear once the stream ends. Instead, the “Join Meeting” button remains visible.
Duplicate Messages: When I send a message to a friend and refresh the page, the same message appears twice.
Mobile Responsiveness: Live streaming is not responsive on mobile browsers, making it difficult to use.
Lack of Support: I have contacted your support team multiple times but have received no response.
It seems like you are charging customers without providing proper service. If you cannot fix these issues immediately, I request a full refund. Please address this matter urgently.
