PDF invoices plugin suddenly stopped creating invoices. Out of the blue. I’ve been using this plugin for years without any issues. If i click “generate invoice” nothing happens after reloading the page. No invoice is created. Tried to roll back. Didn’t help. Tried to re-enter my license code. Didn’t help. Nothing changed from my end. It worked fine a few days ago.

Can I customize invoice per payment gateway or order status ? people who use manual payment like bank transfer ( order status on hold ), need to have specific invoice for them asking them to pay, and people who pay via PayPal or credit card is already paid so need specific different invoice for them saying they already paid is this available on this plugin ?

hi iam facing an issue with the plugin… i have set regular price and sale price as different on my website but when i generate the invoice it shows tax and everything but not the discount.. Discount is shown as zero but there is a discount of 200 on products which is not displayed in the invoice

I’m encountering a bug when configuring my settings. When I select an option in the “Create Invoices & Numbers only on this status” section, nothing appears—it stays blank.

Additionally, three invoices are generated each time a customer places an order, and I can’t figure out where the issue is coming from.

- Generate a proforma invoice before the order is paid.
- Automatically attach the proforma invoice to the order confirmation email.
- Ensure that the proforma invoice is not considered a final tax invoice.

I want people to be able to sign up, I want them to be able to add invoices.

(Me Admin), I pay their invoice in exchange for a fee or Monthly Subscription.

Does it work like this?

Have had the plugin for 2 years and all of a sudden, the menu options for pdf invoices and packing slips is no longer showing under woocommerce – plugin and theme conflict checks done. It’s a shame there is not more troubleshooting advice on your website and that we are now forced to pay $65 to get support.

I tried to update it again but it won’t go up to version 1.6.1 plus the packing slips won’t generate either. I don’t have support or the plugin. Someone else i know paid for it. How do I fix it? Thanks.

The VAT category code is “S” for standard rated. If you have tax rate 0 for GB or CH the validation of invoice xml failed because the tax rate can not be “0” in case of standard rate. For this case the VAT category code has to be AE, Z or G

S – Standard rate AE – Vat Reverse Charge E – Exempt from Tax Z – Zero rated goods G – Free export item, tax not charged O – Services outside scope of tax K – VAT exempt for EEA intra-community supply of goods and services L – Canary Islands general indirect tax M – Tax for production, services and importation in Ceuta and Melilla

Hi, error occur in the plugin during checkout. If shipping costs are free or tax rate is 0% you get a (DivisionByZero) error. In the following places it is divided by “0” which is not allowed in PHP.

I use the plug-in Product Configurator for WooCommerce to create composable products. When I have composed an item with that, it should be shown on the packing slip and not the default image of the item. Is it possible to then put a picture of the assembled item there instead of the default picture?

Hi, I’m a manual therapist in France.

In my WooCommerce store I sell physical product that require a regular invoice but I have also bookable products (appointments) that require a different invoice (customized with a signature). I need it to be able to be sent automatically with the order confirmation email(link or attachment) and the possibility to send it manually per email from the backend. Can I do any of these things with your invoice plugin ?

I saw in your changelog that version 1.5.4. has come out. But it is still not available here, in my downloads or through wordpress… It’s still version 1.5.3.

When will the update come? It’s been months now….
