Pre-Sale question. I need to keep current default woocommerce stock as one location (Australia), and then add just one extra location (USA) as separate stock. Can this be done? I have hundreds of products that already have Australian stock numbers set in default woocommerce setup, so need to use those stock numbers and keep as default location..

Can this be done, or do I need to create completely new locations and re-allocate all stock from scratch?

1.All of my products are dispatched from my own main warehouse (warehouse a) with some being held in my warehouse while others I bring in from the suppliers warehouse when a customer orders. I do not want to show customers the warehouse location but provide different lead times based on the stock location.

Warehouse A my own – (Front end) 1-2 days delivery

Warehouse B supplier (Front end) 3-4 days delivery

Warehouse C supplier (front end) 2-3 weeks delivery

2. Also if a customers orders 10x of the same item

We have 9x in stock at Warehouse A and 10x in stock Warehouse B. Would we be able to setup a custom message to say the additional item has a longer delivery time?

3. Can we add delivery times based on warehouse to the cart/checkout/order confirmation email.

Hello, We use a plugin to get shipping rates dynamically from the UPS API during cart/checkout. If we install this Multi warehouse inventory, would the plugin work with the UPS plugin to give our customers accurate shipping rates from the different warehouse locations? e.g.: we have a warehouse in Ontario-Canada and another in Florida-US. If a customer in Canada selects an item from the warehouse in USA, would the shipping rate reflect the correct freight price being the item shipped from US and/or vise versa? Thanks!

Firstly, this plugin looks superb, so great work as i know many people desire these features… (which really should be part of core woocommerce in 2025)

I have a few pre-sale questions however . . .

I use WP All Import to import and update multiple products at the same time. I read your documentation on how to do this.

But as far as I understand, when importing through WP All Import, it only updates inventories on the product sheet, not in the Inventory Manager, so the “Total Frontend Stock” is not updated automatically.

Am I right?

hey we had a query for this plugin basically we are building a website and we wanted to show different stocks for 3 different locations that we are working in. so USA, INDIA and Europe would be the 3 locations we want to show seperate stocks for these 3 diferent locations with ip detection we would ruote the user to the respective location does your plugin offer this solution.

Hello, when trying to click the export button so we can bulk update prices per inventory, it takes us to the same critical error page as the Inventory Manager one. Is there a way to export this or reasons why this happens? Our php memory limit etc is all okay for this

Product A has 5 stocks in Inventory1 and 10 stocks in Inventory2.

On the product page, if a customer wants to purchase 15 stocks, they can’t add more than 5 stocks from Inventory1 at a time. The customer has to manually switch between inventories to complete the order.

Is there a setting in the plugin that allows the cart to automatically split the inventory?

For example, if a customer adds 15 items, the cart should automatically allocate 5 stocks from Inventory1 and 10 stocks from Inventory2.

Is this functionality available, or is there a way to achieve this?

I recently installed WordPress and WooCommerce. On the product page in the frontend, when viewing a product that’s out of stock, there’s no option to change the location. However, for the same product with inventory available, the option to change the location appears. I couldn’t find any settings to resolve this. Is this an issue or a bug? Note that this is a fresh WordPress installation.

When my product havent variations, no problem, the displayed price is good in loop and product page (depending my previous inventory choice). But, when my product have varations the displayed price is the “Regular price” and not the location / variation price (loop and product page). However when i add the production variation, price in cart is the good one. It very confusing for the user. It is normal ?
