2) Razorpay acquired Curlec (Malaysia payment gateway). So does your Razorpay support Curlec?
3) What type of license for your Addons in Marketplace? Is it lifetime use?
4) Many addons don’t have documentation details. I confused which addon I really need. Please update information details.

Hi, I need help. I want to translate to Spanish, but when I open LocoTranslate, as the documentation says, the Spanish language pack is already created, but the backend is still in English, and I don’t know how to translate it. When I open LocoTranslate, I get the message: “Additional files found. This package is not fully configured, so we don’t know what the following files are for. Click the Installation tab to finish configuring the package.”
And when I try to select the Spanish language pack, I get this message: “Error: Translation set not known in Booking Hub.”
I already solved it, I just had to recreate the Spanish version and it worked.

With Envato’s Extended License, you can use BookingHub to create one end product that you sell or provide to end users. This means you can build a booking platform (like the one shown on our landing page) and offer it commercially to physical stores.
Key points:
- ✅ You may charge stores or users for access.
- ✅ Customization and integration are allowed.
- ❌ Each distinct booking system for different clients requires its own Extended License.
- ❌ You cannot resell or redistribute the raw plugin itself.
So yes, selling a finished booking solution to stores is permitted under the Extended License, as long as it’s packaged as one end product.

I have a question: I want to display the Calendar on a specific Page or whatever where, but I can’t finde any why to display that – so the Problem is, I can do it only with Calendar integration Add On? or there is a way where I can Show the Calendar to my Staff
You can allow your staff to create their own accounts directly on your site. Once their accounts are created, you can assign them the Staff role. With this role, they’ll be able to access the Calendar page from their dashboard.
If you’d like to fine‑tune what they can or cannot do, you can manage their permissions from the User Roles page in your WordPress admin. This way, you have full control over how staff interact with the calendar and other features.

From what I understand from your explanation, I don’t think it’s possible. I’ll try to explain what I mean better, because this function (Stop Sales) is fundamental in a reservation system. For example, the hotel is fully booked on December 30 and 31, so I have to close sales for those two days today, but the room has to remain available so that it can still be booked on the remaining days. I’m not sure if I’ve expressed myself clearly.

If your hotel or rooms are fully booked for a specific period, the system will automatically prevent new bookings during that time. However, if you’d like to manually block availability for certain dates, you can do so using the Service Availability add‑on, available for purchase in the marketplace.

I am building a home tutor website and need to allow visitors to book a trial lesson. Does your plugin provide the following features?
- Admin can register staff members
- Staff can set their own available dates and time slots (eg: set 1 Dec to be available at 9am and 1pm slot, set 5 Dec to be available at 3pm slot)
- Visitors can select a staff member and book any available date and time slot
Do any of these features require purchasing an add-on? Also, do you have a backend demo where I can test these functions?

You can accept secure payments through Credit Card, Woocommerce, Stripe, PayPal, Mollie, Square, RazorPay or in-person. You can also accept deposit or full payment while booking.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to run services and hotels together on the same site. BookingHub currently supports only one booking mode at a time, so two modes cannot be activated simultaneously.
If you’d like to manage both, you could consider setting up two separate WordPress sites—one in Service Mode and another in Hotel Mode. Alternatively, you might use a WordPress multisite setup, which allows you to manage multiple sites under a single installation. This way, each site can be tailored to its specific booking flow while still being managed centrally.
