Your app and its contents should not infringe upon the rights of another party. In the event your app infringes another party’s rights, you are responsible for any liability to Apple because of a claim.

I can’t be held responsible for absolutely everything because Apple/Google can change the guidelines at any time and ban apps or do whatever they want. Hello! I’ve tested it, and as long as your file is public and you use raw=1 in the URL, the JSON with the stations loads correctly, so there should be no problem displaying stations from Dropbox.
