At the moment, QRPay Pro provides the ready modules and sandbox demos, but live operation depends on third-party providers (BBPS / recharge aggregators / billers) and each provider has its own onboarding, compliance and API structure. That is the main reason we cannot publish a single universal “copy-paste” guide that works for all countries and providers.

That said, we clearly understand your concern about transparency and hidden costs.

We are currently working on improving our documentation structure and plan to add:

country-based provider examples (starting with India),

step-by-step API connection flow,

and short video guides for common integrations.

This will help buyers run real live services with much less custom work.

By default, QRPay Pro processes remittance payouts manually (admin/agent approval). However, it’s technically possible to automate remittances via bank or fintech APIs if your provider offers suitable payout APIs – this would be done as custom integration work.

There are no special features locked to the Extended License – both Regular and Extended include the full QRPay Pro system and all add-ons.

The main difference is how you use it in your business (as per Envato’s license rules):

Regular License – For one project where end users are not directly charged to use the software itself (for example, your own company using it for your customers).

Extended License – Needed if you charge users to access/use the system (e.g. SaaS, paid subscriptions, or selling access to the platform).

In both cases, you cannot resell or redistribute the source code as a product on marketplaces – even with the Extended license.
